Since the finishing teas to be mixed have different amounts, and it is required to mix all of them uniformly, the conventional combining machine is a drum. Many types of rotary agitators, such as a rotary agitator, collectively agitate and mix finished tea introduced into the machine. Therefore, since a large-sized combination machine is required, there is a problem that the processing cost is high, and the tea leaves are crushed during the processing work to deteriorate the quality of the product green tea. It is an object of the present invention to provide a combination machine which has a high treatment efficiency of finished tea, can mix a large amount of finished tea at one time, and hardly breaks tea leaves.

According to the present invention, since the bottom surface of the storage tank is formed by using the belt conveyor, the material-finished tea laminated on the bottom surface of the storage tank is sequentially delivered from the front surface of the storage tank, and the rear face plate is moved forward integrally with the conveyor belt. As a result, the material-finished tea does not collapse rearward in the middle,
The laminated state is maintained until the final stage, and even the last one is mixed uniformly.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A fresh tea leaf storage tank equipped on a vehicle according to the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the illustrated embodiments. In this embodiment, the tea leaf combination machine comprises a storage tank composed of left and right side walls 1, a rear face plate 2 and a bottom surface 3 and a scraping device 4, and there is no front wall, and the scraping device 4 is the front wall. Is functioning as. The bottom surface 3 is a kind of belt conveyor, and a conveyor belt 32 is stretched between a pair of left and right chains 31 provided under the storage tank, which constitutes the bottom surface. The rear plate 2 is attached to the chain 31 and is formed separately from the left and right side walls 1 so that when the chain 31 rotates, the rear plate 2 moves accordingly. In particular, this belt conveyor is formed so as to be able to rotate forward and backward, and the chain 31 is adapted to rotate in the front-rear direction by about half a turn, and when it is rotated rearward, the rear face plate 2 serves as a storage tank. When it reaches the position of 2A at the rear end, it automatically stops, and when it is rotated forward, it stops when the rear face plate 2 reaches the position shown at 2B on the front side. A sliding plate 21 is attached to the lower part of the rear plate 2, and when the rear plate 2 stops at a predetermined position (2B) at the frontmost position, the lower edge of the sliding plate 21 reaches the front end position of the conveyor. , All of the finished tea can be slid down from the storage tank. On the other hand, the conveyor belt 32 is stretched from the position where the rear plate 2 is attached to the front portion over about half the circumference of the chain 31, and the rear plate 2 is always provided.
The bottom surface is formed in the front part of the.
The scraping device 4 uses a chain conveyor having a scraping claw 41, and is sent out from the front of the storage tank.
The bottom surface 3 of the material-finished tea that gradually collapses from the front edge of the bottom surface 3.
Overhang from the front end of the
The material finish tea is always broken down almost uniformly. Although not shown, a material-finishing tea dropping device is provided above the storage tank so that the material-finishing tea is evenly and evenly distributed over the entire surface of the storage tank.

When the material finish tea is mixed, first, the rear plate 2 is retracted to the position 2A, and the respective material finish teas are sequentially charged into the storage tank to be laminated. At this time, it is not necessary to add the material finishing teas one by one. Especially, when the large amount or the small amount is added in two or more times, the possibility that the product green tea with less unevenness of mixing is obtained becomes higher. Next, the scraping device 4 is activated and the chain 31 is rotated. Then, the material-finished tea, which has been put into the storage tank and laminated in the layers, is sent forward, and when it exceeds the front end of the bottom surface 3, it is collapsed from here. At that time, the upper and lower finishing teas are mixed and mixed, and the product green tea is sent to the next step.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the bottom surface of the storage tank whose front surface is opened is formed by using the belt conveyor,
By pouring each of the material finish tea into this evenly, stacking them evenly, sending them out in order from the front of the storage tank, and by collapsing them from the front end of the bottom surface 3,
The material-finished tea has the advantage that it can be reliably mixed to obtain a high-quality green tea product without being crushed. In particular, by forming the rear plate 2 of the storage tank so as to advance integrally with the conveyor belt, the material-finished tea is maintained in the first laminated state until the final stage, and the last-staged tea is evenly distributed. It is mixed like this.
