(Prior Art) Conventionally, when transporting sediment from a sediment carrier to a storage tank with a vacuum pump, when a single storage tank discharges it when it is full, the vacuum pump must be operated. In either case, the supply of earth and sand to the storage tank had to be temporarily interrupted, either by stopping the operation or by continuing the operation by sending air from the bypass. As a result, the sediment is stagnate in the sediment transport pipe, and the next time the sediment is transported, it is difficult to start the flow of the sediment and there is a problem in that it cannot be transported smoothly.

(Problems to be solved by the device) Therefore, the device of the present invention is to continuously feed the sediment into the storage tanks configured in the upper and lower two stages without interrupting the transportation of the soil and to install the device at the lower end of each of the upper and lower tanks. The present invention provides a device that alternately opens and closes the power slider, and utilizes the suction force and power of a vacuum pump to recover the internal sediment without interruption.

(Means for Solving Problems) Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. It will be described as a sediment-holding tank (1) having a cylindrical shape and a lower diameter.
(2) is installed by connecting it to the upper and lower tiers, and the upper earth and sand storage tank
A sediment inlet (3) and an air outlet (4) are formed in the upper part of (1), and the sediment inlet (3) is a sand hopper (H) and also an air outlet.
(4) is connected to the vacuum pump (P) by pipes (5) and (6), respectively, and is also the connection between the upper and lower sediment storage tanks (1) and (2) and the lower end of the lower sediment storage tank (2). Is a relay (R-1)
And electric sliders (S-1) and (S-2) which can be opened and closed by the operations of (R-2), respectively. In the drawing, (T-1) and (T-2) are respective timers.

(Operation) The operation of the present invention constructed as described above will be described with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 1. First, as shown in the drawing, the vacuum is applied while the upper and lower electric sliders (S-1) and (S-2) are both closed. Operate the pump (P), suck the earth and sand from the earth and sand hopper (H) and put it in the upper earth and sand storage tank (1), and when it is almost full, relay it by the timer (T-1) of the upper electric slider (S-1). (R-1) operates to open the electric slider (S-1) as shown in the figure.

Then, as shown in the figure, the earth and sand in the upper earth and sand storage tank (1) drop by gravity into the lower earth and sand storage tank (2). Then, as shown in the figure, the relay (R-1) is activated by the timer (T-1) and the electric slider (S-1) is closed when the earth and sand are almost completely dropped. Next, as shown in the figure, the relay (R-
2) actuates to open the lower electric slider (S-2) to discharge the earth and sand inside to the outside, and when the discharge is completed, the state returns to the state shown in the figure and the above operation is repeated sequentially. Since there is no leakage from -1) or (S-2) to the outside, the loading and unloading of earth and sand is continuously performed without interruption.

(Effect of Device) As described above, according to the present invention, if the opening / closing timing of the upper and lower electric sliders (S-1) and (S-2) is set by the timer, the vacuum pump (P) During operation, the sediment storage tank (1) and the sediment storage tank (H) are continuously filled with sediment.
It is an epoch-making device that exerts the effect of enabling continuous collection with extremely high efficiency because it can be collected without interruption by suctioning to (2).
