Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability and to reduce a working space by setting only the absolute minimum outer circumferential part of a unit to a light tight state by a take-up room and a cap commonly used as a hand for a handling device. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of the unit is sucked by the suction cup 332 of a suction device 331 through the hand 310 of a handling device so as to be handled to the take-up room 200, and triple outer edge parts 322A, 322B and 322C of the hand 310 are fitted in the grooves 202A, 202B and 202C on the outer edge part of the take-up room 200 so as to rigidly shield light, and also the corresponding surface of the unit is controlled by each control surface of a position controlling member 211 in the take-up room 200 while the unit is held by the suction cup 332. In this case, the controlling member 211 is fixed on a rod, and the rod is driven by a cylinder 215 so that it may move back and forth. And the rod is set so that it may stop at an optimum position. In this case, the engagement part of the wall 201 of the take-up room 200 and the rod has a multilevel structure, and the wall and the rod are engaged with each other.

2. Description of the Related Art A film unit with a lens accommodates a 135-type film with a cartridge in a cartridge storage chamber of its main body, and the leading end of the film is locked to a winding shaft to turn the winding shaft into an unexposed film storage chamber. Each time the user takes a picture, the uncovered film chamber is rolled up in the dark room, the unexposed film chamber is filled up, and only the film end that is locked to the spool is left in the closed state. The film is wound into a patrone to enable photographing, and after photographing, it is sent to a developing station and a part of the unit is broken to take out the patrone inside. And since the film that has already been taken is wrapped in the cartridge, it is in a state where it is safely protected from light when taking it out, and it is put on the processing unit of the same system as the 135 type development so far and taken. It is designed to make it easy to obtain prints such as color photographs following.

In such a state where the main body of the lens-fitted film unit is covered with a back cover, the light shielding is not always perfect, but rather, the present applicant has proposed a method for facilitating treatment when trouble occurs during the manufacturing process. The application also provides convenient openings for treatment. Before shipping, of course, this opening must be closed with a light-shielding member to make it light-tight and then sold.

That is, in a bright room, a film with a cartridge is stored in the main body of the film unit with lens, the leading end of which is locked by the winding shaft, and the winding shaft is stored in the unexposed film chamber and the lid is closed. However, the subsequent rewinding of the film on the winding shaft, the pull-out load of the film, and the compatibility test of the unit as a camera must be performed in a dark room. Moreover,
The darkroom is inevitably large and inefficient, and the working environment is also the worst.

Therefore, the trouble can be dealt with, and when the trouble is eliminated and the winding is completed, the light shielding member 120
When the top 122 is pushed down, it reaches the lower part as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), and the top 122 is buried in the recessed portion on the upper surface, so that the light is completely shielded. At this time, the protrusions 124 that were hitting during standby are slid while being crushed by the pushing force, and when the pushing is completed, the protrusions 123 come into contact with the lower portion of the back cover 102 to completely prevent them from coming off.

5. The roll film containing the cartridge is put in each of the cartridge storage chamber and the unexposed film storage chamber of the main body of the lens-equipped film unit with the leading end of the roll film locked to the winding shaft. It has a lid, and further has a handling means for presetting a light-shielding member to the unit and adsorbing and gripping the unit that is not in a light-tight state and transporting the unit to a winding chamber provided with positioning means. The head is connected to the winding chamber to form a light-shielding state of the winding chamber, and the position of the unit can be regulated by the positioning means of the winding chamber while being suction-held by the head, and A releasing mechanism of the reverse rotation preventing mechanism of the unit, a connecting means of the drive shaft to the winding shaft, and a winding means are provided, and the patro of the unit is provided by the releasing mechanism, the connecting means and the winding means. The unexposed film was pulled out from the inside of the cartridge, and the spool locking part was left, and the film was taken up by the reel in the unexposed film storage chamber and the conformity was determined by the inspection means for performing a predetermined performance check. The handling means has a pushing means for further pushing the light-shielding member to make it light-tight, and after the pushing, the film unit with a lens is completed, and the handling means is provided to release the coupling of the head and enable the collection.
