Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a floor heater which is very easy to install, by a method wherein a pipe through which a heating fluid flows is laid in gaps between mount members that are arranged parallel to each other on a subfloor and the gaps are covered with a tape made of a high-heat-conductive material in such a state that the tape comes in contact with the pipe. CONSTITUTION:Mount members 3 are arranged parallel to each other on a subfloor 2 at specified intervals, and a pipe 5 is laid in gaps 5 between the mount members 3. A flexible tape 6 is made of a material having a high heat conductivity and provided with an adhesive layer on the back. The gaps 5 are covered with the tape 6 in such a state that the tape 6 comes in contact with the pipe 5 and an adequate flooring 1 is laminated on the tape 6. The heat of the pipe 5 is transferred to the flooring l via the tape 6. Thus, the installation is very easy because it is tape adhesion work, and is excellent in workability without a leakage trouble as connection work of copper pipes is unnecessary.

The base material 2 may be any material as long as it has a heat insulating property. In the conventional example, since the member (wooden plate 27) corresponding to the tatami member 3 is a single plate, it may be thermally expanded by the heat of the pipe member 5 and the floor member 1 may be deformed. However, according to this embodiment, since the tatami members 3 are arranged side by side through the gap 4, the thermal expansion of the tatami member 3 is absorbed by the gap 4, and the above-mentioned problem is solved. .

Then, one cross-linked polyethylene pipe is fitted into each recess 8 and arranged in a meandering state. Therefore,
It becomes possible to arrange the pipe member 5 very easily as compared with the conventional example. Furthermore, since there is only one cross-linked polyethylene pipe, the connection work as in the conventional example is not necessary, and the workability is improved accordingly, and since the connection work is unnecessary, the problem of hot water leakage naturally does not occur. Further, when the copper pipe 24 according to the conventional example is refracted, it is necessary to take care so as not to crush it, and it requires skill to perform the work. In this respect, however, the cross-linked polyethylene pipe is rich in refraction and thus has good workability. Becomes

Next, an aluminum tape (tape body 6)
The tape is affixed to a smoothed copper plate in a state where the tape and the cross-linked polyethylene pipe are in contact with each other to close the concave portion 8. It is a work that can be performed very simply and quickly because it is just a tape sticking work. The tape body 6 may be a copper tape.

It is possible to avoid unnecessary heat loss by increasing the contact area between the crosslinked polyethylene pipe and the tape as much as possible. Therefore, it is desirable that the tape is fastened in a state of enclosing the crosslinked polyethylene pipe as much as shown in the drawing. For the same purpose, the cross-linked polyethylene pipe and the annealed copper plate should be contacted so that the contact area is as large as possible. Specifically, the degree of curvature of the recess 8 is determined in consideration of this point. In this embodiment, since the annealed copper plate is flexible, the annealed copper plate can be easily deformed by hand, so that the degree of curvature of the recess 8 can be set very easily.

In this respect, since the tatami member 3 is further arranged below the tatami member 1 in the present embodiment, the sitting comfort is very good. That is, since the present embodiment uses two tatami mats, the tatami mat member 1 and the tatami mat member 3, the total thickness of the two tatami mats is sufficiently thicker than that of the conventional tatami mat for floor heating. Comfortable to sit.

There is a floor heating system that uses 28 in series on site
(The reference numeral 30 is a copper plate.) As a matter of course, this equipment requires factory facilities for producing the piece 29, and the piece 29 needs to be outsourced, and also in the field. Since the work of connecting the copper pipe is indispensable, workability is poor in this respect, and naturally there is a problem of leakage at the copper pipe connecting portion.

Further, in the case of floor heating of a tatami mat, the piece 29 of FIG. 2 is arranged between the joists 31 as shown in FIG.
The usage is that the tatami mat 32 is placed on the piece 29. In this case, since the tatami mat 32 has a cushioning property, walking on the tatami mat 32 exerts weight on the piece 29 and
29 is a copper box that is filled with heat insulating material inside,
After all, the tatami mat 32 feels sticky. Piece 29
Such a problem does not occur if one plate material is provided on the top, but heat transfer becomes poor if one plate material is provided. Therefore, it has been pointed out that in the conventional floor heating of tatami mats, the feeling of walking on tatami mats and the feeling of sitting on tatami mats are very poor. However, such a problem does not occur because of its hardness.)

The base material 2 may be any material as long as it has a heat insulating property. In the conventional example according to FIG. 1, since the member (wooden plate 27) corresponding to the tatami member 3 is a single plate, it is thermally expanded by the heat of the pipe member 5, and the floor member 1 may be deformed. However, according to the present embodiment, since the tatami members 3 are arranged side by side through the gap 4, the thermal expansion of the tatami member 3 is absorbed in the gap 4, and the above-mentioned problem is solved. Will be.

Then, one cross-linked polyethylene pipe is fitted into each recess 8 and arranged in a meandering state. Therefore,
As compared with the conventional example according to FIG. 1, the pipe member 5 can be arranged very easily. Further, since there is only one cross-linked polyethylene pipe, the connection work as in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is not necessary, and the workability is improved and the connection work is unnecessary, so that the problem of hot water leakage naturally does not occur. In addition, the copper pipe 24 according to the conventional example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 requires care so as not to be crushed when it is bent, and requires skill to perform the work. In this respect, the crosslinked polyethylene pipe is highly refractive. Therefore, the workability is improved accordingly.
