2. Description of the Related Art Optical discs typified by magneto-optical discs generally use a method such as sputtering or vapor deposition on the signal side surface of an acrylic resin substrate or polycarbonate resin substrate on which signals are written by injection molding or photopolymer. And a metal thin film layer and a protective film layer are laminated. These optical disks may be used in a great number of fields in the future due to their characteristics such as large capacity and portability,
In recent years, its development has been actively carried out. However, regarding the storage state of these optical discs in the disc case, it can be said that a disc-shaped space corresponding to the size of the optical disc to be stored is created in the disc case and is stored therein.
The optical disc is stored in a completely free state. Since there is a gap between the optical disk and the disk case, the optical disk and the disk case collide with each other due to some vibration or shock due to transportation or the like to generate scratches and dust. This results in cracking and rupture.

That is, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, an optical disk fixing member 6 made of an elastic material is provided at one end 6a at a position corresponding to the spindle hole 4 of the disk case 2 inside the opening / closing shutter 5. Fixed, other end 6b
Is provided with an elastic body so as to always press the central hub portion 1a of the optical disc 1. When the opening / closing shutter 5 is in a state of closing the spindle hole 4, the elastic body is The optical disk fixing member 6 consisting of holds the optical disk 1 by its central hub portion 1a and stops the movement of the optical disk. When the disc case 2 having the optical disc fixed therein is inserted into a drive device (not shown) and the opening / closing shutter 5 is opened, the opening / closing shutter 5
First, the optical disk fixing member 6 provided on the disk contacts the end 4a of the spindle hole 4 of the disk case 2 (this is also the end of the groove 7 provided on the surface of the disk case), and the open / close shutter is further opened. As the optical disc 5 moves in the opening direction, the optical disc fixing member 6 is pushed upward by the end portion 4a of the spindle hole 4 and enters the groove portion 7 provided on the outer surface of the disc case 2, and proceeds along it. FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the opening / closing shutter 5 is fully opened. The optical disk fixing member 6 is composed of the groove portion 7 of the disk case 2, more accurately, the groove portion 7 and the opening / closing shutter 5. The optical disc 1 is set in the gap, the fixing from the optical disc fixing member 6 is released, and the optical disc 1 becomes rotatable.

As described above, in the present invention, the optical disk fixing member 6 made of an elastic material is fixed to the opening / closing shutter 5, and the opening / closing shutter 5 is opened when the optical disk fixing member 6 is inserted into the drive device for writing and reading. At the same time, the optical disc fixing member 6 moves on the groove portion 7 provided in the disc case 2 while following the open / close shutter, so that the optical disc 1 is released from the fixed state and no trouble occurs during writing and reading. On the other hand, when writing, reading, etc. are completed and the device is taken out from the drive device, the opening / closing shutter 5 is closed, and at the same time, the optical disk fixing member 6 moves on the groove portion 7 provided in the disk case 2 while following the opening / closing shutter. The optical disc is fixed because it stops at the central hub portion 1a position and presses the hub portion 1a. In the present invention, when fixing the optical disk by the optical disk fixing member 6, focusing on the central hub portion 1a of the optical disk whose recording area having weak wear resistance occupies most of the area, the optical disk is fixed by the opening / closing shutter. Attach an elastic member inside,
The elastic body holds down the optical disk hub portion with a simple and delicate construction.

The central hub portion 1a of the optical disk has a resin plate 1a1 and a metal plate 1 on the disk substrate as shown in the figure.
It has a structure in which a2 and a2 are adhesively laminated, or a structure in which a metal hub is directly fitted and adhered to the disk substrate. In any case, the optical disk is fixed by pressing with an elastic body. Of course, from the viewpoint of wear resistance on the optical disk, pressing and fixing at the position of the metal plate 1a2 is more preferable than at the position of the resin plate 1a1.

A thin and elastic so-called spring material is used as the fixing member 6 of the optical disk made of the above elastic body. However, in the object of the present invention, there is one that does not generate dust itself. It is preferable to use a stainless material, for example. However, the material is not limited to this, and may be made of a plastic material, for example. Further, it is not necessarily required to be plate-shaped and may be linear.

Further, in the illustrated example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3,
The case where the optical disk fixing member 6 is provided at two positions corresponding to the front surface and the back surface of the optical disk has been exemplified, but the effect is obtained even when it is provided corresponding to either the front surface or the back surface of the optical disk. Available. However, in general, in order to exert the effect remarkably, it is more preferable that the optical disc is provided at two positions corresponding to the front surface and the back surface of the optical disk.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. Example 1: A 5.25-inch magneto-optical disk capable of double-sided writing was used, and this was housed in the disk case shown in FIG. Here, the magneto-optical disk has a substrate made of polycarbonate resin, a metal thin film material is a three-layer film of AlSiN / TbFeCoCr / AlSiN, and a protective layer material is a disk made of polyfunctional urethane acrylate. there were. The disc case is made of a commonly used polycarbonate resin, and the opening / closing shutter is made of stainless steel. This disk case has a groove formed on the surface side at the position shown in FIG. 1 to which a leaf spring (optical disk fixing member) described below can move. That is, a mold for making such a groove was prototyped and injection-molded using the mold. Further, the opening / closing shutter of this disc case has a leaf spring made of a stainless steel material having a shape shown in FIG. 2 on its inner surface, and its non-fixed end comes to the metal plate portion of the central hub portion of the optical disc to open the metal hub portion. It was attached to press. When the opening / closing shutter is opened, the leaf spring enters the groove portion of the disc case,
As described above, it is needless to say that the adjustment is made so that the groove can be easily moved.

In the disc case of the present invention provided with the optical disc fixing member, the dust state after the vibration test is maintained in a very clean state, unlike the initial state before the test, and the disc surface is scratched. The generation state of was not recognized at all. On the other hand, in the case of the comparative example in which the disc fixing member is not provided, the dust state in the disc case is defective because the fine plastic powder is entirely attached to the disc case, and the disc surface has a scratch due to abrasion. It was found in the contact area with the case.

1. Recording and / or recording using light or light and magnetism
Or, in a disc case of an optical disc having an optical disc for reproducing and / or erasing, and having an opening / closing shutter for opening / closing a spindle hole for transmitting rotation to the optical disc and an access hole for accessing an optical head, the opening / closing An elastic body, one end of which is fixed and the other end of which is open, is provided at the position corresponding to the spindle hole on the inner surface side of the shutter, and the elastic body has the open end side located at the central hub portion of the optical disc when the opening / closing shutter is closed. Then, the hub is pressed to fix the optical disk, and when the opening / closing shutter is opened, the optical disk is locked in the groove provided on the outer surface of the disk case as the shutter moves, and the optical disk is released from the central hub of the optical disk to release the fixation. Configured,
