状に形成された左右のフレーム1が立設されており、各
フレーム1の水平部材の前後2箇所、計4箇所からは、
巻上げ巻戻し機構を備えた昇降チエーン2が垂下されて
いる。3は断面長方形のバー状に形成された左右一対の
昇降バーであって各昇降バー3側の前後2箇所には前記
昇降チエーン2の下端が固定されており、自動または押
ボタン操作で昇降チエーン2が巻上げ巻戻しされること
により、左右の昇降バー3が昇降するように構成されて
