(Prior Art) A synthetic resin fluid filter currently in use is shown in Fig. 4 (a) and (b) when showing a laminated type over element having submicron-order overprecision. It is made of synthetic resin with chemical resistance and heat resistance, such as fluorine resin and polypropylene. As shown in the figure, the upper and lower surfaces of the circular desk 1 have an annular boss 1 with a slightly higher center.
The mountain-shaped ridges 2 meandering from a toward the outer peripheral portion 1b are divided into a plurality of rows by the radial groove 2a, and the meandering ridges 2 on the upper surface and the ridges 2 on the lower surface are circumferentially formed. The formation positions are shifted, and each radial groove 2a communicates with the inside of the central boss portion 1a via a notch 1c, and a porous annular thin film material 3 is arranged above and below the circular desk 1 and its outer peripheral edge. Is fused to the outer peripheral portion 1b of the desk 1 to form a desk element e.

Then, a large number of the desk elements e are laminated as shown in FIG.
In addition, end plates 4a and 4b are provided at the lower ends, and the inner peripheral edge of the uppermost desk element upper material 3 and the lowermost desk element lower material 3 have inner edges of the end plates 4a and 4b. On the other hand, the inner peripheral edge of the lower member 3 of the upper desk 1 and the inner peripheral edge of the upper member 3 of the lower desk 1 are fused to each other in the middle portion so that the whole is connected to the bellows strip. To form an excess element, and thereafter, the lower end of the outlet pipe 6a of the cover 6 is fused to the upper surface of the central portion of the upper end plate 4a, and the excess element is accommodated in the container 5 in that state, and the container 5 and the cover 6 are joined. The peripheral edge of the portion is fused and sealed to form a filter. When used, the processing fluid is taken into the container 5 through the inlet pipe 5a, and the thin film material 3 of each desk element e is introduced from the outer peripheral portion.
To be guided into the desk boss portion 1a.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional overelement, the inner peripheral edges of the upper and lower thin film materials 3 are fusion-bonded, but not to the boss portion 1a of the desk, and Since 1a is not coupled with each other, the boss portion 1a does not have to be so high, and the desk elements e can be stacked in a large amount, which has the advantage of increasing the excess area. If they are not connected at all, the outer element 1 is unstable and difficult to handle, and the material 3 or the desk 1 may be picked up.
A plurality of (usually four) ribs 7 are formed at intervals b on the b corresponding to the height of the boss portion 1a, and these ribs 7 are connected to each other to facilitate handling and prevent the materials and desks from sticking to each other. I am trying.

However, if only the ribs are provided on the outer peripheral portion of the desk, if deformation occurs due to heat generated during desk molding or deformation during use, the space between the ribs is often changed as shown by the dotted line in Fig. 4C. At the part, there was a problem that the peripheral parts of the desk came into contact with each other and closed the fluid passage.

(Means for Solving Problems) Therefore, the present invention has been devised to solve the above-mentioned inconvenience, and is made of synthetic resin and has an annular boss portion in the central portion and projections on the upper and lower surfaces. Porous annular thin film materials are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the desk, and their outer peripheral edges are fused to the outer peripheral portion of the desk to form desk elements, and a large number of the desk elements are laminated and end plates are provided on the upper and lower sides thereof. Each of the above-mentioned bellows-type laminated over-elements is formed by fusing the inner peripheral edges of the upper and lower desk elements together and connecting them through a plurality of ribs provided at intervals on the outer peripheral portion of each desk. It is characterized in that a wavy projection is provided between adjacent ribs on the upper peripheral edge of the outer peripheral portion of the desk.

(Embodiment) FIGS. 1 and 2 show an example of an over-element according to the present invention, which is made of a synthetic resin having chemical resistance and heat resistance such as fluorine resin or polypropylene. A large number of desk elements e each composed of a circular desk 11 and thin film materials 13 arranged above and below the circular desk 11 are stacked, and an annular upper end plate 14a is provided on the upper side thereof and a disc-shaped lower end plate 14 is provided on the lower side thereof.
b is overlapped, and the outer peripheral portion 11 is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the circular desk 11.
A plurality of chevron-shaped protrusions 12 meandering from b toward a central boss portion 11a slightly taller than this are divided into several rows by several radial grooves 12a. The radial grooves 12a are communicated with the inside of the boss portion 11a through the notches 11c, and the materials 13 arranged above and below the desks 11 are formed.
The outer peripheral edge of each of the materials is fused to the outer peripheral portion 11b of the desk 11, and the inner edges of the material 13 on the lower side of the upper desk and the material 13 on the upper side of the lower desk are sequentially fused to form the material 13 on the upper surface of the uppermost desk. The inner peripheral edge and the inner peripheral edge of the material 13 on the lower surface of the lowermost desk are fused to the central portions of the upper and lower end plates 14a and 14b, respectively, so that the entire material 13 is connected in a bellows manner. Ribs 17 having a height corresponding to the boss portion 11a are provided at a plurality of intervals on the outer peripheral portion 11b, and ribs 18 corresponding to the ribs 17 of the desk 11 are also provided on the outer peripheral portions of the upper and lower end plates 14a and 14b. The desk element e and the end plate 1 are provided via these ribs 17 and 18.
4a and 14b are connected.

In this invention, as shown in FIG. 2, adjacent ribs 17 are provided on the upper peripheral edge of the outer peripheral portion 11b of each desk element e.
A wavy continuous protrusion 19 having a height slightly protruding from the upper surface of the rib 17 is integrally formed at a position between them, and when the desk elements e are stacked as shown in FIG. Of the wavy protrusion 19 of the upper part is the outer peripheral portion 11b of the desk in the upper stage
It comes into contact with the lower surface of the above and forms a gap with the upper desk to support it, and secures a fluid passage between the upper and lower desk elements e.

Therefore, if the excess element is housed in a container as shown in FIG. 4A and the processing fluid is taken into the container, the processing fluid is formed by the projection 19 between the peripheral portion of the element and the upper and lower desk elements e. The material 1
While passing through the section 3, it flows along the groove of the desk plate surface and goes out inside the central boss portion 11a.

In the above example, the wavy projection 19 is integrally provided on the outer peripheral portion 11b of each desk element e, but this is fitted to the rib 17 of the desk element e as shown in FIG. The vertical recess 17a and the corrugated projection 19 may be formed in a ring shape, and each recess 17a may be fitted into the rib 17 so that the corrugated projection 19 is provided on the desk outer peripheral portion 11b. .

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, in this invention, since the corrugated protrusions are provided between the ribs adjacent to the upper peripheral edge of the outer peripheral portion of each desk as the bellows-type laminated overelement as described above, In addition, a certain space is surely formed between the upper and lower desk elements, and a fluid passage between the desk elements is secured even if affected by deformation during molding or heat during use. In addition, even if the thin film material provided on the lower surface of the upper desk is misaligned and the curl of the lower bending occurs at the fusion bonding part of the outer peripheral edge, this is caused by the wavy projections of the lower desk to become the lower surface of the upper desk. It does not block the fluid passage by sandwiching it between.
