(B) Conventional technology Conventionally, sterilization was performed with ultraviolet rays and various drugs. There were also those that tried to sterilize with hot air or a heated object, but those with a structure that alleviates the sensation of heat due to temperature sensation by cooling the surrounding area at the same time as heating and at the same time prevents skin damage such as burns. There wasn't.

(C) Problems to be solved by the invention Ultraviolet rays have a harmful effect when used for a long time, and sterilization of the shaded part is insufficient. The application of the drug had little effect on the fungus nesting under the skin or in the nail, and the recovery of the fungus that partially survived was difficult to be completely recovered by neglecting the application a little by re-proliferating the surviving fungus. With hot air or a heated object, it was intended to heat a wide range of skin at the same time, or to heat even a limited range of heat. Since these do not take into consideration the alleviation of the sensation of heat due to the sense of temperature of the affected area, even if it is kept at a relatively low temperature or set to a high temperature, it is continuous for only a short time of about 10 seconds at a maximum temperature of 50 ° C. Since it could not be used, the skin temperature could not be raised to a sufficient sterilization temperature. When heating up to the sterilization temperature by covering the heat, problems such as burns will occur. For this reason, it was not usable and could not be commercialized. This plan was devised to eliminate this drawback, and the effect is certain.

At this time, the cold air from the cold air nozzle 2 is simultaneously blown around the affected area where the hot air hits. Although the temperature of the air blown from the tip of the hot air nozzle can be freely designed, it is set to about 100 to 130 ° C., and by appropriately selecting the distance between the tip of the hot air nozzle 1 and the skin, the patient himself can raise the temperature of the skin surface. It can be set freely. The hot air nozzle 1 has a small diameter of about 5 mm,
Since the structure is such that the cold air is blown from the cold air nozzle 2 at the same time, the number of temperature sensations within the range that the hot air hits is limited, and the tip of the hot air nozzle is evenly repeated over the entire affected area so as to draw an arc. By taking an operation method, heating and then immediately cooling are repeated, so that the sensation of heat due to the temperature sensation of the affected area can be alleviated.

By blowing hot air and cold air at the same time,
It is possible to keep the temperature of the skin surface of the limited affected area in the central part of the hot air nozzle to about 70 ° C. within the range where the heat can be endured, and at the same time, the surrounding area is cooled by the cold air blown from the cold air nozzle and is normally cooled. It can be maintained at body temperature. In addition, even if the affected area is overheated, it can be cooled quickly so that no burns will occur.

As described in (d) Means for Solving the Problems, the present invention is performed by heating a diseased part with a small amount of hot air from the hot air nozzle 1 and limiting it to the minimum necessary range. Since the cold air from the cold air nozzle 2 is blown to the surroundings to alleviate the sense of heat due to the sense of temperature, it is possible to endure the heat even if the hot air at the temperature at which the tinea bacilli are killed is repeatedly blown. Therefore, the required depth under the skin can be raised to the required temperature, and athlete's foot etc. can be treated easily and surely.

(F) Effect of the device As described above, this device is safe, inexpensive, and capable of easily treating athlete's foot at home, and that it can be heated to every corner of the affected area including the back of the nail, and can be used repeatedly. However, it has many features such as no failure at all, and a very large effect can be obtained.
