However, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional heat-sealing joint, since the resin pipe is simply inserted into the fusion-bonding portion and the entire pipe is temporarily assembled, the heat-sealing joint and the resin pipe are The connection state with and becomes easy to shift. As a result, the resin pipe is fused into the heat fusion joint without being sufficiently inserted, which causes a problem that sufficient fusion strength cannot be obtained.

A coil 14 is embedded in the fused portion 12. The coil 14 is heated to generate heat.
The peripheral resin is melted. That is, by inserting the resin pipe 3 into the fusion-bonding portion 12 and causing the coil 14 to generate heat, the inner peripheral surface of the fusion-bonding portion 12 and the outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe 3 are melted and fused. The heat of the coil 14 may be generated by energizing the coil 14 or may be generated by electromagnetic induction heating. However, when heat is generated by energizing, a terminal (not shown) for energizing must be led out of the joint body 10.

The retaining portion 11 extends from the end of the joint body 10 in the axial direction. The retaining portion 11 is divided into six portions by providing a split portion 15 in the axial direction, and each of the divided retaining pieces 16 has flexibility in the expansion / contraction radial direction. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of each retaining piece 16 is formed in a tapered shape so that the distal end portion has a larger diameter than the proximal end portion. The material forming the retaining portion 11 is P
Flexible thermoplastic resins such as E, PB and PP can be used. The retaining portion 11 can be formed integrally with the joint body 10 when the joint body 10 is formed.

1. A heat-sealing joint in which a fusion-bonding portion in which a coil that generates heat is embedded is formed in a joint body, and a resin pipe can be inserted into the fusion-bonding portion. Along the axial direction from the end portion, a retaining portion having a plurality of split portions is extended, a diameter reducing member is provided on the outer peripheral portion of the retaining portion, and a resin pipe is inserted into the fusion-bonded portion, A heat fusion joint characterized in that the diameter reducing member is reduced in diameter by sliding the diameter reducing member from the base end side to the tip end side of the retaining portion to fix the outer peripheral surface of the resin pipe.
