Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the ink which is produced without using any organic solvent and can be readily and completely wiped off with, e.g. a dry cloth or paper by compounding a specified release agent with a coloring agent, a binder and water. CONSTITUTION:To produce the ink containing a coloring agent, a binder, a release agent and water as the essential constituents, wherein the release agent comprises a water-soluble high-molecular polyoxyalkylene glycol compound prepared by polymerizing propylene oxide or ethylene oxide and having a viscosity of at most 150cp at 25 deg.C. This ink provides a clear writing on a white base material made of, e.g. ceramic or plastic and having a nonabsorbent smooth surface and, after drying, can be readily and completely wiped off with, e.g. a dried cloth, paper or felt. Since it is a water-base ink produced without using any organic solvent, it has a very wide industrial applicability from in view of, e.g. the preservation of environment and health control.

大きな問題として取り上げられており、有機溶剤を使用
しない水性インキが切望されるようになり、既にサイン
ペン、ボールペン等で水性のものが商品化されている。
しかし白板用水性マーカーは、まだ商品化がされていな
い。その大きな原因は、白板を汚さずに完全に拭き取る
事の出来るインキが出来なかったからである。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するた
め、本発明は着色剤、バインダー、剥離剤および水を必
須成分とする白板用水性顔料インキに関するものである
が、本発明を特徴付ける剥離剤としての水溶性ポリオキ
シアルキレングリコール系高分子化合物は、高沸点液状
物質でありインキ膜内に残留し、筆跡を長期間放置し乾
燥させた後でも剥離効果を持続すると考えられる。剥離
効果は、インキ中の水溶性ポリオキシアルキレングリコ
ール系高分子化合物が、インキ100重量部あたり1重
量部以上あれば充分であるが、白板に筆記後長期の放置
期間がある場合の剥離効果機能を持たせるには5〜10
重量部が好ましい。前記着色剤としては、有機顔料及び
無機顔料の両者が使用出来る。前記バインダーとして
は、各種の水溶性樹脂が使用できる。尚、本特許請求の
バインダー及び剥離剤で上記顔料を分散させて使用する
場合分散された顔料の粒径は1μm以下が望ましい。着
色剤の量は、インキ100重量部あたり2〜20重量部
が望ましい。インキの粘度は筆記に適した2〜10cp
s/25℃が望ましい。本件インキの系は水であるが、
インキの粘度及び表面張力の調整が筆跡の乾燥速度調
整、顔料の分散性向上等のために水と相溶する若干の溶
剤を使用しても差し支えない。
