が巻回されて移動する無端状帯を設け、該無端状帯の上
面上方と上面下方とを仕切部材により複数の焼成区域に
分割し、該焼成区域内には前記無端状帯の上面の上下に
熱源を設けると共に、前記焼成区域内の温度又は熱流量
を検出するセンサーからの信号によって熱源を制御する
温度調節計を有する自動制御装置付オーブンにおいて、 前記オーブンの出口付近に配置されて焼成製品の焼き色
の濃淡及び/又は形状を計測する視覚センサーと、該視
覚センサーからの計測値と指定された基準値又は予め登
録された基準値とを比較して、計測値と基準値との差異
に比例した制御信号を出力する視覚センサー制御装置
と、該視覚センサー制御装置から出力された制御信号に
基き、所定範囲内で指定した比率又は予め登録した比率
によって温度又は熱流量を設定し、前記温度調節計を介
して熱源を制御する制御記憶装置とを具備したことを特
徴とする自動制御装置付オーブン。
