Of filters installed in such pumps, such as fuel tanks, which require efficient suction from inside a tank with a rated capacity, and also the suction until the residual liquid level in the tank reaches the lowest level. Has many restrictions due to its equipment conditions, and each has been improved.

Generally, the strainer equipped in this kind of fuel tank is provided along the bottom of the tank as much as possible, and the strainer is made cylindrical in order to secure the intake and intake area, and the diameter of the cylindrical filter part is thickened. Or, the filter part was set to be long.

However, when the diameter of the cylindrical filter portion is increased, the upper part of the filter is often exposed from the liquid surface due to the lowering of the liquid surface level in the tank, which causes a problem that the filtration area of the filter sharply decreases. Had. Also, when the cylindrical filter part is set to a long length, it is naturally difficult to mount it inside the tank, and there is the inconvenience that the tip of the filter comes into contact with the bottom surface of the tank due to vibration etc. As a result, exposure from the liquid surface level or contact with the bottom surface of the tank is liable to occur, and in the former case, the filtration capacity of the filter is reduced, and in the latter case, there is a disadvantage that sediment and dust on the bottom surface of the tank are sucked.

From this point of view, the Applicant has made the filter provided along the bottom of the tank as flat as possible to expand the filtration area and keep the installed filter above the liquid level even when the liquid level in the tank drops. The invention of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 61-117512 was devised as a means for efficiently and surely taking out the fuel in the tank by preventing it from being exposed as much as possible.

Certainly, in the above-mentioned invention, most of the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved, and the fuel stored in the tank can be efficiently ejected to an extremely low level in the tank, which is within this low level. Even when the liquid is taken out, it has a feature that a filtration area corresponding to an efficient filtration capacity is secured and suction of dust or water deposited on the bottom of the tank can be effectively avoided.

As a result, if the pressure contact force between the collar 105 of the mounting member 102 and the stopper member 111 is loosened, there is the inconvenience that mixed foreign matter flows in through the gap between the two and the mesh piece 10 is present.
Since the 4a and 104b and the mounting member 102 are separately maintained in a mere bulging state, there is a disadvantage that the filter 104 portion slumps downward due to the loosening of the squeezed state.

In addition, the net piece 104a is removed from the edge of the hole 9 in accordance with the application of some external force.
There is a problem that the film is torn, and there is a risk that unexpected filtration failure may occur, and the parts are many such as the filter 104, the mounting member 102 and the stopping member 111, and the frame 107, and the component cost and the component assembly cost are high. (Purpose and structure of the present invention) The filter according to the present invention is proposed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional example, and the net material forming the filter and the mounting member are integrally formed. This will reduce the number of parts, and at the same time reduce the assembly cost, provide a filter structure that can effectively prevent the inhalation of foreign substances, and provide a filter that has a filtration surface with good filtration efficiency. The construction is such that a mounting port 2 is prepared in advance in a mesh material 1 serving as a filter mesh, and a tube body 3 is formed by resin molding so as to take in the edge of the mounting port 2. The tubular body 3 is configured such that both sides of the tubular body 3 project from both sides of the net cloth 1 and have a suction port 4 communicating with the mounting port 2. Then, one side of the tubular body 3 is attached to the fuel pump side, and the other side is positioned inside the net bag 5 constituted by the net cloth 1.
That is, the net cloth 1 is obtained by folding the net cloth 1 and folding the net cloth 1 so that one of the tubes 3 is held inside the net cloth 1.
