Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a packing structure by which the inside powder does not scatter when kneading the powder with water, by charging a composite material for civil or architectural works like cement or the like used by kneading with water into a water-soluble bag and packing it with a waterproofing external bag. CONSTITUTION:An internal bag (primary packing material) for architectural product to be kneaded with water is made of a 100mu.thick film and 1:3 mortar is charged as much as 200kg per bag. Water is fed in a mortar mixer so that the water-cement ratio gets to 50% and the mortar is supplied together with the inner packing bag. And hence, dusts do not scatter at all on feeding and kneading and the inner bag is dissolved completely in water to get a uniform mixture. The packing material of the inner bag is easily dissolved in water to give an appropriate viscosity and water-holding capacity. The primary bag is covered with a secondary packing material composed of a water proofing bag, container, can, or box in order to protect the water soluble film from water or moisture. The package structure without need of unpacking works increases the working efficiency and gives a hygienic working environment.
