(Prior Art) Conventionally, there is known a single straw for piercing a sealed liquid beverage container and using the beverage in the container for drinking. Most commonly known straws have a cylindrical shape with the same diameter from the base end drinking part to the tip piercing part, and this one straw is stored in a bag and fixed diagonally to the side of the container. There were many things.

With this one straw, if you stick it into a container,
Since only a circular hole having the same circular cross section as that of the straw can be formed, there is a drawback that a gap cannot be formed between the hole and the outer surface of the straw, air does not flow inside and outside the container, and it is difficult to drink.

Further, in the case of this one straw, the one stuck to the side surface of the container could not be made sufficiently long, and there was a possibility that it would fall into the container during drinking and could not be used for the subsequent drinking.

In order to eliminate the former drawback, it is known that a groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the straw is formed in the middle portion of the straw to improve the air flow inside and outside the container.

In addition, in order to solve the latter problem, there is also known a straw in which a stopper is formed at the base end drinking port of the straw to prevent the straw from falling into the container.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Among the known straws having the former groove, theoretically, after the straw is pierced into the container, a gap is formed at the position of the groove, and the inside and outside of the container is formed from this gap. However, in reality, since the straw is made of synthetic resin, the straw easily fits into the hole formed in the container, and as a result, it is difficult to carry out the air circulation.

In addition, the latter straw that forms a stopper at the base end drinking part to prevent the depression not only has a problem that the above-mentioned air circulation is not considered at all. Since the diameter is relatively different from the diameter of the tip piercing part, when working with, for example, an automatic wrapping machine for wrapping a large number of straws in a ladder shape, unevenness occurs, and smooth supply or movement cannot be performed. However, there is a problem that automation is difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of these problems of the conventional straws, and when piercing a sealed liquid beverage container, a gap is surely formed between the hole formed in the container and the straw. In addition to ensuring reliable air circulation inside and outside the container, it is an object of the present invention to provide a novel straw that does not hinder the supply or transfer work in an automatic machine or the like in the case of ladder-shaped packaging and the like.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, a beverage straw according to the present invention has a cylindrical shape made of a synthetic resin material, and has a stab portion and a proximal end mouth portion with an obliquely formed tip. Each of the parts and the intermediate body part has a diameter larger than that of the intermediate body part, and further, the diameter of the base end drinking mouth part is larger than the diameter of the tip piercing mouth part.

(Operation) In the straw of the present invention, since the diameter of the intermediate body is smaller than the diameter of the tip piercing portion, a gap is surely formed between the hole of the container formed by the piercing portion and the intermediate body, Air is circulated inside and outside the container through this gap. In addition, since the diameter of the proximal end mouth portion is larger than the diameter of the tip puncture portion, the straw is locked in the hole formed in the container and the straw does not fall into the container.

It is 0.3 mm.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, 10 and 11, a small-diameter intermediate main body is provided with a groove 4 along its longitudinal direction. FIG. 6 shows that three grooves 4 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the intermediate body portion 21. FIG. 7 shows an intermediate main body 31 having one groove 14 formed therein, and FIG. 8 shows an intermediate main body 41 having two grooves 24 formed therein.
Further, FIG. 10 shows an intermediate body portion 61 in which five grooves 44 are formed, and FIG.

That is, it is preferable that the grooves 4, 14 and 24 more reliably form a gap between the tip piercing portion 2 and the hole formed in the container, and more reliable air circulation can be obtained.

Further, when the number of the grooves 14 and 24 is one or two, as can be understood from FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the cross-sectional shape becomes closer to an elliptical shape, so that it is fixed to the side surface of the beverage container in a bag state. When working with an applicator for cutting, there are many mistakes in automatic chucking, but in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 in which three grooves 4 are formed or five grooves 44 are formed. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 10, there are few chuck errors in the applicator, which is preferable in practice.

(Effect of the device) As described above, the beverage straw according to the present invention has the diameter of the tip piercing part larger than that of the intermediate body part and the diameter of the base end drinking part slightly larger than the tip piercing part. When pierced into the container, the diameter of the intermediate main body is smaller than the formed hole, and there is a gap, which has the effect of allowing air to flow between the inside and outside of the container, making it easier to drink, and with a groove formed in the intermediate main body This is preferable because the effect can be obtained more reliably. Further, in the present invention, since the diameter of the proximal end mouth portion is large, it is extremely practical without falling from the hole formed in the container.

Furthermore, even if there is a difference in the diameter of the tip end and the base end, it is not large, so
Even when the straws are applied to an automatic machine, there is little deviation, and the straws can be supplied to the automatic machine even when they are packed in a ladder shape.

A straw having a groove formed in the intermediate body is effective in ensuring the above-mentioned air circulation more reliably. If the groove has three equal intervals, the chucking error of the applicator is small, and it is extremely effective. It is practically effective.
