In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides residential buildings of different heights with a space between them to form a garden space with trees, and at the same time, A roof is built over the garden space so as to connect near the rooftop to form an atrium, and a rainwater storage tank is provided on the rooftop part of the higher residential building, and water from this rainwater storage tank is sprinkled on the roof surface. In addition, the water after water sprinkling on the roof surface should be recovered and used as waste heat or installed as murmuring inside the atrium. In the yielding state, there is a gap, and the louvers are juxtaposed so that the ends overlap, and each louver is reversible until the back side faces outward, and a surface member with weather resistance on the outer surface is attached to the back surface. Has a reflection function The surface member is disposed, the intermediate is for the subject matter to be arranged a heat insulating material.
