Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate operation by inserting a pilot wire extended from a sleeve into the through hole of a fixing block, and pulling the wire, after connecting together a PC steel and the sleeve through a magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 21 having magnetic bearing property of strong magnetic force in the direction of sleeve axis is arranged on the bottom part of a bottomed sleeve 20, and a pilot wire 22 is outward extended from the bottom part of the sleeve 20. One end of the wire 22 is inserted through the through hole 6 of a fixing block 5. Further, after one end of PC steel 30 is inserted into the sleeve 20 so as to magnetically connect to it through the magnet 21, the wire 22 is pulled so as to insert through the steel 30 the through hole 6.

2. Description of the Related Art A cable-stayed bridge is a type of girder bridge that supports a main girder with a large number of cables that are installed between a main tower and a main girder in a linear and diagonal manner. The cable erected so as to have tension is formed by bundling a large number of PC steel materials obtained by twisting a plurality of PC steel wires.
The upper end of the steel material is fixed to the cable fixing tool provided on the main tower, and the lower end is fixed by the cable fixing tool provided on the main girder.

When a plurality of PC steel materials are bundled and the end of a cable covered with a sheath is fixed by a cable fixing tool, generally a wedge type fixing is adopted, for example, a main girder is contacted via a pressure plate. A large number of through holes are provided at appropriate intervals to attach the wedge to the fixing block.
A PC steel material is passed through one of these through-holes to put it in a pre-tensioned state, and wedges are attached to prevent it from coming off.

In the cable, a large number of PC steel materials are densely bundled in the middle part thereof, but in the fixing part, it is necessary to provide a mutual gap necessary for assembling the wedges. In the vicinity, it is erected so as to have a suitable spread toward the end, and this is covered with a trumpet tube.

That is, the feature of the cable mounting guide device for the fixing device of the present invention is that the end portion of the PC steel material that is cable-stayed between the main tower and the main girder of the cable-stayed bridge, for example, the lower end thereof is provided on the main girder. A guide device for inserting and penetrating into a predetermined through hole of a cable fixing tool, having an outer diameter such that the through hole can be inserted, and one side end of which can be inserted the lower end of the PC steel material. A bottomed sleeve that is opened to the bottom, a magnet that is internally mounted near the bottom of the sleeve and that can be magnetically connected to the PC steel end inserted from the opening, and that extends from the bottom of the sleeve. A flexible pilot wire used for guiding the sleeve from one side to the other side of the through hole of the cable fixing tool is provided, and the magnet in the sleeve is constituted by a magnetically anisotropic magnet.

According to the guide device having the above-described structure, the PC steel material and the sleeve are magnetically connected by simply inserting the end portion of the PC steel material into the sleeve, and the connected PC steel material is pulled by pulling the pilot wire. Therefore, if this pilot wire is passed through the through hole of the fixing block in advance, after connecting the above, the pilot wire can be pulled out and the sleeve can be pulled out from the through hole. Can be passed through the through hole.

Further, since the PC steel material is firmly connected by incorporating a magnetic magnet having a strong magnetic force in the axial direction of the sleeve, on the other hand, the magnetic force in the radial direction is weak. It is also possible to suppress the problem that traction resistance increases due to magnetic attraction by the magnetic body. Therefore, the magnetism of this magnet is preferably such that the ratio of the magnetic force in the radial direction to the magnetic force in the axial direction is large.
