Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heating efficiency of substance to be heated and to prevent electric parts from being heated, by a method wherein cold outdoor air is prevented from flowing into a heating chamber and hot air from the heating chamber is prevented from flowing into an electric parts chamber. CONSTITUTION:It is designed that wind is generated by suction force of a self-cooling fan 34 of a circulation fan motor 31 to flow resisting an inflow of cold outdoor air into a heating chamber 21 and an outflow of hot air in the heating chamber 21 outside the chamber 21. In this instance, it is designed that a suction hole of a circulation fan 30 is positioned in the vicinity of a suction hole of the heating chamber 21 and that wind generated by the circulation fan 30 is diffused to the vicinity of the suction hole of the heating chamber 21. By this, heating efficiency can be increased and reliability can also be improved.

の吸気孔に近接し配置されており、循環ファン30の回
転により発生する負圧により、前記加熱室右側板21a
にある加熱室21の吸気孔より空気を吸引して抑止風3
8eとして、前記逆換気風38dと対抗させたものであ
る。この結果、外箱27の排気孔27aより逆換気風3
8dが加熱室21に入り込む事を防止する事ができる。
抑止風38eの強さは概ね循環ファン室28の吸気孔と
加熱室右側板21aにある加熱室21の吸気孔の位置の
近接度合に依るもので、この近接度の調整により加熱室
21を通過する風の方向および大きさを自由に設定する
ことが出来る。

吸気孔と前記被加熱物から出る蒸気等を排気する排気孔
を有する加熱室と、前記被加熱物を加熱するために前記
加熱室に結合された高周波加熱手段と、前記加熱室から
空気を吸入する吸入孔と前記加熱室に空気を吹き出す吹
出孔と前記加熱室との間で空気を循環させる循環ファン
を有する循環ファン室と、前記加熱室と前記循環ファン
室の間を循環する循環風の中に配置したヒーターと、前
記循環ファンを駆動するモーターと、前記モーターで駆
動される自冷ファンを有し、前記循環ファン室の吸入孔
を前記加熱室の排気孔よりも前記加熱室の吸気孔に接近
させた構成としたヒーター付き高周波加熱装置。
