Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a rigid electric overhead line longer and larger by lockedly pressing a long and large rigid electric overhead line against a tie plate mounted on a support insulator for a rigid electric overhead line by a spring and providing a spring support fastening device for restricting creeping of the long and large rigid electric overhead line. CONSTITUTION:Rigid electric overhead lines 13, 23, 33 which are located towards the center from support insulators 11, 21, 31 are immobile sections supported by the support insulators 11, 21, 31 without any movement. In mobile sections from both ends to the balancing support insulators 11, 21, 31, rigid electric overhead lines 13, 23, 33 creep while being restricted by leaf springs 12, 22, 32. However, the movement by creeping is so less that the support insulators 11, 21, 31 can support the rigid electric overhead lines 13, 23, 33 without any trouble. Therefore the support insulators 11, 21, 31 for rigid electric overhead lines for supporting leaf springs can support safely a long and large rigid electric overhead lines.

2. Description of the Related Art Rigid train wires are stretched due to temperature changes, and an excessive force is applied to the supporting portion to restrain the expansion and contraction of the rigid train wires. Therefore, the rigid train wires are conventionally mounted on a support insulator. In addition, the rigid train line has a play space so that the rigid train line can freely expand and contract.

When the pantograph passes through the seam due to the play, obstacles such as impact and abrasion on the contact plate and disconnection of the pantograph occur. Therefore, in order to eliminate these drawbacks, in the future, we will continue to make the long-sized rigid train line by welding the rigid train line to eliminate the seams. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a support insulator that supports the long and large rigid electric power lines in order to promote the development of the long and large rigid electric power lines. In other words, if the expansion and contraction of the long and large rigid electric power line cannot be suppressed by the support insulator, the long and large rigid electric power line cannot be supported. Moreover, if the rigid contact line is completely fixed by the supporting insulator, the supporting insulator will be damaged by applying an unreasonable force such as an axial force due to the rigid contact line. It is difficult to solve these problems by the conventional method of mounting the rigid body line on the supporting insulator. The object of the present invention is now to provide a method for solving these problems.

The rigid insulator line support insulator of the present invention has a structure in which a rigid integral conductor line is pressed by a spring (a leaf spring or a wire spring) on a tie plate integrated with the support insulator on the support insulator. It is equipped with a device. Therefore, this rigid-body-train-line support insulator keeps the rigid body-carrying wire in a pressed state by the spring, and the frictional resistance force generated by the pressing force of the spring can prevent the rigid body-carrying wire from moving forward.

When restraining the free expansion and contraction of the rigid body line, an axial force is generated inside the rigid body line. This axial force is proportional to the cross-sectional area and the temperature difference. When the fastening device is provided with a resistance force so as to resist the axial force and the forward movement is suppressed, there is a position from the both ends of the long rigid electric power line until the axial force and the resistance force are balanced. The movable section is from both ends of the long and large rigid train line to the point of equilibrium of force. The middle of the movable section formed at both ends is a non-moving section, in which the rigid force line is immovable due to the balance between the axial force and the resistance force. Therefore, the whole portion does not expand and contract, and only the movable section slides and expands under the spring. Therefore, the support insulator is not damaged and the expansion and contraction amount can be suppressed. In addition, the rigid train line will not get damaged. Therefore, it is difficult to use the conventional method of placing a rigid conductor wire on a support insulator and allowing its expansion and contraction, and the method of completely restraining it to make a long rigid conductor wire. Since the supporting insulator can support the axial force of the rigid train line in the movable section, it can be made into a long rigid train line.

As described above, the leaf spring 1 is an example of the spring.
Although 2, 22, and 32 have been described, a wire spring can be used in exactly the same manner. Any spring can be used as long as it can hold the rigid train wires 13, 23, 33 and suppress the axial force. The rigid insulator line support insulators 11, 21, 31 having such a spring-supported fastening device suppress axial force due to thermal stress generated in the rigid casing wires 13, 23, 33 by pressing the leaf springs 12, 22, 32. To do. In the case of an equilibrium point between this axial force and the deterrent force that resists it, that is, in the case of a long rigid train line, the ends of the rigid train lines 13, 23, 33 are connected to the rigid train lines 13, 23, 3
The supporting insulators 11, 2 in which the resistance force of the supporting insulators 11, 21, 31 suppresses axial force sequentially toward the central portion of 3 and is just balanced
There is a movable section extending from 1 to 31. This support insulator 11, 2
Rigid train lines 13, 23, 33 from the center of 1, 31 are immovable sections supported by the support insulators 11, 21, 31 without moving. Support insulators 11 and 2 balanced from both ends
Rigid train lines 13, 23, 3 in the movable section up to 1, 31
3 moves forward while being restrained by the leaf springs 12, 22, 32. However, the movement due to this movement is small, and the supporting insulators 11, 21, 31 are not hindered, and the rigid electric power line 1
It can support 3, 23, 33. Therefore, the rigid-body power line support insulators 11, 21, and 31 supporting the plate springs can safely support the long and large rigid power line.

According to the present invention, the rigid electric power line supporting insulator having the spring-supported fastening device of the present invention constantly presses the rigid electric power line in the pressurized state by the spring and the rigid resistance line is generated by the frictional resistance generated by the tightening force. It suppresses the expansion and contraction of, and suppresses the growth. Further, since the rigid insulator line is not completely fixed by the supporting insulator and the lower portion of the spring is moved forward in the drive section, no unreasonable force is applied and the supporting insulator is not damaged.
Therefore, the support insulator of the present invention can safely support the rigid electric line, and will greatly contribute to the future development of a long rigid electric line.
