DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (1) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a self-propelled aerial work vehicle in which a work platform is equilibrated to the tip of a boom pivotably supported on the chassis.

(2) Conventional Technology An aerial work vehicle configured to have a work platform that is moved up and down by the operation of a boom on a movable vehicle body and has a Z-shape when viewed from the side is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-178400. It is known in the art as described in.

(3) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional aerial work vehicle disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-178400, the ground height of the work table floor is close to 2 m even in the retracted posture. Therefore, it takes a lot of effort to load an object from the ground onto the workbench, and in particular,
There is a problem in that workability is poor because a cargo handling machine such as a crane is separately required to load a heavy object above a certain level, and the worktable has a small pocket.

(4) Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a self-propelled type in which a boom is pivotally supported on a chassis so that the boom can be raised and lowered, and a work table is equilibrated at the tip of the boom. In an aerial work vehicle, the mounting position of the workbench to the boom tip is located substantially at the center of the workbench in the front-rear direction, and the front portion of the workbench is configured to be movable up and down.

(5) Operation With the above configuration, in the retracted posture, the front portion of the work table projects from the tip of the chassis, lowers the front portion of the work platform to the ground, places an object on the lowered work platform, and raises the work platform again. By loading items on the workbench, move the workbench and move the boom ups and downs and move the workbench to an arbitrary position in the air to perform work in high places, and when the work is completed, move the workbench to the storage position. Return it, lower the front part of the workbench with the object to the ground, and unload the workbench.

(6)実施例 以下、図面により本考案の実施例について説明する。(6) Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

An aerial work vehicle has a pair of steering wheels (2) as shown in FIG.
A bracket (11) is formed at the rear of the chassis (1) supported by a pair of drive wheels (3) and a base of the telescopic boom (4) is pivotally supported by the bracket (11) to extend the telescopic boom (4). ) Is lifted by the expansion and contraction of an undulating cylinder (5) whose both ends are pivotally supported by the bracket (11) and the telescopic boom (4), and a built-in telescopic device (not shown).
It expands and contracts like a telescope.

A workbench (6) is attached to the tip of the telescopic boom (4) at a position approximately at the center of the workbench (6) in the front-rear direction, and the workbench (6) is attached to the telescopic boom (4) and the workbench (6). Due to the expansion and contraction of the balance holding cylinder (7) having both ends pivotally supported, the floor surface is always kept horizontal regardless of the ups and downs of the telescopic boom (4), and the workbench (6) has a front part (62) and a rear part (6). 6
0) and is divided into the rear part (6) of the workbench (6).
0) is attached to the tip of the telescopic boom (4), is equipped with an operating device (8), and the front part (62) of the workbench (6) is a pair of lifts provided at the tip of the rear part (60). The front portion (62) of the workbench (6) attached to the post (61) is shown in the figure by a lifting device (not shown) including hydraulic cylinders, sprockets, chains, etc. built in the lifting post (61). Ascend and descend between the same position as the rear portion (60) shown and a position below the rear portion (60).

With the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 2, the retractable boom (4) is contracted to the maximum extent, and the retractable cylinder (5) is contracted so that the retractable boom (4) is horizontally tilted to the workbench ( The front part (62) of 6) is projected from the tip of the chassis (1), and when loading equipment on the workbench (6), as shown in FIG. Activating the device, the front part (6) of the workbench (6)
2) is lowered to the ground along the elevating post (61), the equipment is placed on the lowered front portion (62), and the front portion (6
Equipment can be loaded on the workbench (6) by raising 2) to the position of the rear part (60).

The workbench (6) loaded with equipment is used for moving the chassis (1) by the steering wheel (2) and the drive wheel (3) and the telescopic boom (4).
The work is carried out at a high place from above the work table (6) by moving it to an arbitrary position where work is performed in the air by undulation or expansion and contraction.
When the work is completed, the workbench (6) is returned to the storage position shown in FIG. 2 again, the equipment on the workbench (6) is moved to the front portion (62) side of the workbench (6), and the equipment is placed. The front portion (62) of the workbench (6) is lowered to the ground again, and the equipment is loaded onto the ground from the front portion (62) of the workbench (6).

By lowering the front portion (62) of the workbench (6) in the work posture shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to simultaneously perform work at positions having different heights, and the front portion of the workbench (6). By making (62) foldable upward, it is possible to reduce the occupied area in the storage posture.

(7) Effect of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, even in the retracted position, the ground level of the floor of the workbench is close to 2 m. In a self-propelled aerial platform vehicle with the workbench balanced at the tip, the mounting position of the workbench on the boom tip is located almost at the center of the workbench in the front-back direction, and the front part of the workbench can be raised and lowered. Therefore, the present invention makes it extremely easy to load and unload objects from the ground onto a workbench without using a cargo handling machine such as a crane, and to perform conventional Z-type work at high places. Since the size of the workbench is larger than that of a car, the workability is excellent.
