Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a shape of a multiple ring which dispenses with complicated operation such as expanding a wire material composing a ring with a chuck or a tool in the work of inserting the multiple ring into a ring-shaped matter in the multiple ring produced by winding the wire material comprising a metal or the like spirally in a multiple manner. CONSTITUTION:A multiple ring for linking a ring-shaped matter 4a in a continuous ring is made up of a wire material wound closely in two turns or more spirally and a gap 6 for inserting the ring-shaped matter is formed between an end part curved with end parts 5a and 5b bent of the wire material and an adjacent wire part thereof.

2. Description of the Related Art For carrying things such as pagers, mobile phones, pocket watches, pass cases, etc., a string or a chain is fastened to prevent dropping or loss from a pocket, bag, etc. of a wearer. Often tied to clothes, belts, bags, etc. FIG. 8 (a) shows a conventional mounting example for removably attaching one end of the chain to the pager, and FIG. 8 (b) shows the annular portion 2 provided in advance on the upper side surface of the pager 1 in advance.
(c) Attach one end of the chain 4 via the multiple ring (double ring) 3 as shown in (d), and attach a clip or the like to the other end of the chain so that it can be easily locked to clothes or the like. ing. The double ring 3 is formed by double winding a wire material such as stainless steel or resin in a spiral shape having the same diameter, and both ends 3a and 3b of the wire material are configured to face each other with an intermediate portion 3c interposed therebetween. When the double ring 3 is locked to one unit of the annular portion 2 or the chain 4, one end portion 3a or 3b of the wire is used.
It is necessary to form a gap between the wire rod portion 3d which is elastically deformed by a claw or the like and is in contact therewith, and then insert the annular portion 2 or one unit of the chain from the gap. The same operation is also required when the annular portion or the like that is locked by the double ring 3 is released. However, since it is necessary to secure sufficient strength of the wire rod, it is necessary to set a large elastic force, and both ends 3a and 3b of the wire rod forming the double ring are in close contact with the wire rod portion 3d, Furthermore, since the double ring is small, it is not easy to open it with a claw to attach and detach the annular portion. If this is done using a tool such as pliers, there is a problem that the ring is scratched.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a view showing the structure and mounting state of a multiple ring according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b).
3C and 3C are a perspective view, an explanatory view and a plan view of the mounting process of the multiple ring, in which the multiple ring of the present invention is attached to the annular portion 2 which is provided in advance on the upper side surface of the portable object such as the pager 1 shown in FIG. An annular unit (annular material) 4a located at one end of the chain 4 is attached via the chain 5, and a clip (not shown) or the like is fixed to the other end of the chain 4 so that it can be easily locked to clothes or the like. The multiple ring 5 is formed by double winding a wire material such as stainless steel or resin in a spiral shape having the same diameter. Both ends 5a and 5b of the wire material are configured to face each other with an inclined intermediate portion 5c interposed therebetween. By bending (or bending) the end portions 5a and 5b at a predetermined angle in the outer diameter direction, a gap 6 is formed between the adjacent wire rod portions 5d. Both ends 5
The tip shapes of a and 5b are round so as to prevent them from being caught on clothes or the like.

As shown in FIG. 2 (b), a part of the annular unit 4a located at the end of the chain 4 or the like is press-fitted through the gap 6 to expand the end 5a or 5b to expand the annular member 4a.
Part of the wire rod is clamped between the wire rods, and the end 5a or 5b is inserted into the inner diameter side of the annular member 4a. From this state, the annular member 4a is moved in the circumferential direction of the multiple ring (Fig. 2 (b)). As shown in FIG. 1, the annular object 4a is locked in the multiple ring by sliding it in the mounting direction (indicated by the arrow in the middle) and finally separating it from the space between the wire rods.

According to this embodiment, the ends 5a, 5 of the wire are
It is not necessary to open b with a claw or a tool, and the annular object 4a such as a chain to be connected is press-fitted into the gap 6 and then the annular object is slid along the spiral direction of the wire material forming the multiple ring. Only by doing so, both can be mounted in a linked state, and the mounting operation is not complicated and the ring is not damaged. The presence of the gaps 6 formed at both ends makes it easier to hook a claw or the like than the conventional multiple ring. Therefore, the claws are used to open the ends 5a and 5b, and Even if the annular member 4a is inserted between the wire rod portion 5d and the wire rod portion 5d, the mounting operability is improved. Further, when detaching the annular object 4a such as a chain from the multiple ring in the linked state, between the wire rods in which the end portions 5a and 5b bent by the claws are expanded and then the annular object 4a is partially expanded. Then, the ring-shaped object may be slid in the circumferential direction (removal direction).

As described above, according to the present invention, both ends (or only one end) of the wire material forming the multiple ring are bent in the outer diameter direction to form a gap for press-fitting the annular material between adjacent wire material parts. Since the configuration described above is characteristic, the protruding direction and forming position of the bent portion are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
That is, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the multiple ring according to the second embodiment of the present invention, in which both ends 5a and 5b of the wire material forming the multiple ring are formed.
A characteristic is that the gap 6 is formed by bending (or either one of them) a predetermined angle along the direction orthogonal to the radial direction, that is, the extending direction of the center axis A of the ring. Also in this embodiment, the work of press-fitting an annular material such as a chain can be facilitated, and the detachability thereof can be improved.

Next, FIG. 4 is a plan view of a multiplex ring according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. By bending both ends (or one end) of a wire rod forming the multiplex ring by a predetermined angle in the inner diameter direction. The gap 6 is formed between the adjacent wire rod portions 5d. The tip shapes of both ends are rounded as in the first embodiment. By press-fitting an annular material such as a chain from this gap, the end portion 5a is expanded and a part of the annular material is pinched between the wire rods, and the annular material is slid in the mounting direction, so that the mounting is performed. Complete. When detaching the annular object from the multiple ring, hook the nail or the like on either end to insert the annular object 4a in the linked state between the open end and the wire and slide it in the detaching direction. Good.

Although not shown in particular, the projecting direction of the end portion of the wire rod may be an oblique outer diameter direction or an oblique inner diameter direction. In either case, the attaching / detaching operability is the same as in the above embodiments. The improved effect can be obtained. In order to prevent both ends of the multiple ring of each of the above embodiments from being caught on clothes, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, only the thickness of the end portion 5a is made thinner than other portions, and then as shown in the drawing. It may be bent. This is convenient because it is not necessary to process the end portion into a round shape in advance. It should be noted that any of the embodiments of the present invention can be applied to a ring having three or more turns. Further, the position where the bent portion (including the curved portion) is formed does not always have to be at both ends of the wire, and may be only one of them.

As described above, according to the present invention, the ends of the spirally wound ring are bent at a predetermined angle in a predetermined direction to form a gap between adjacent wire rod portions.
