る。図1はシ―ズヒ―タの取り付け部を示す側断面図

2への取り付けはつぎのようにして行う。まず、取付け
金具14は、小さなものを複数個用いるのではなく、リ
ング状に構成した1つのものを用いる。この取付け金具
14は、たとえば断面がL字状をしており、円筒状の固
定部15と、つば状のシ―ズヒ―タ支持部16とからな
っている。円筒状の固定部15には複数箇所にねじ穴
(図示しない)が形成されている。C字状をしたシ―ズ
ヒ―タ7を前記取付け金具14のシ―ズヒ―タ支持部1
6に取付け片17で固定した後、フレ―ム2内に挿入
し、固定子巻線6の軸方向端部のかたわらに位置させ
る。つぎに、前記取付け金具14の固定部15のねじ穴
に、取付ねじ18を内側から螺合させるとともに、取付
ねじ18の先端部を前記フレ―ム2の内周面に押圧す
る。このようにすることにより、取付け金具14は、フ
レーム2に対する反力によってフレ―ム2に強固に取り
付けられる。なお、シーズヒータの取付け作業において
は、あらかじめ取付け金具14にシーズヒータ7と取付
ねじ18を取り付けて別ユニット化しておくと作業が容
易になる。このようなシーズヒータの取り付け方法にお
いては、取付け金具14はフレーム2とは接触せず、取
付ねじ18の先端部がフレーム2と接触するのみである
ので、両者の接触面積は非常に小さく、シーズヒータ7
の熱は、ほとんどフレーム2に流れることはない。した
がって、電動機の内気温度を効率よく上げることができ

枠を構成するフレームとブラケットのどちらに取り付け

定部15の部分のみリング状とし、シーズヒータ支持部
16は取付け片17を取り付ける部分のみ断続的に形成
するようにしてもよいし、逆に、シーズヒータ支持部1
