【従来の技術】図4〜図6により従来技術の内容・構成
を説明する。図4は従来より実施されているキャンドモ
ータポンプの構造例を示す断面図である。周知の如く当
該キャンドモータポンプはモータケーシング1とカップ
状隔壁2とで囲まれる空間が固定子室4を形成し、ここ
に駆動モータの固定子10が配置される。そして前記固
定子室4と前記カップ状隔壁2で隔離される反対側の該
カップ状隔壁2とポンプケーシング3とで囲まれる空間
が回転子室5とこれと連接するポンプ室6で、ここに回
転子20及びこれと一体のインペラ30が配置される。
上記ポンプ室6は流体の出入り口3ー2を除いて気密構
造とする為カップ状隔壁2とポンプケーシング3との当
接面には例示の様にOリング7等のシール部材が併用さ
れている。そして回転子20及びこれと一体のインペラ
30は、両者を一体化している円筒状ボス部31の内周
面に装着された軸受9を介してカップ状隔壁の底面2ー
1の中心とポンプケーシング3に形成された足3ー1と

に治具等で位置決めしながら接着剤を使用し固定するの

固定子巻線とを備える固定子と永久磁石を主体部材とし
インペラと一体を成す回転子と該回転子の磁極位置を検
出する為の磁気検出素子とより成るブラシレスDCモー
タと、前記固定子及びインペラと一体の回転子とを隔離
する為の隔壁を備えるキャンドモータポンプにおいて、
前記固定子鉄芯と固定子巻線とを絶縁する固定子絶縁部
材にその内周面端部から軸方向に伸長する複数の嵌合部
が形成され、前記磁気検出素子を保持する保持部材が前
記絶縁部材の嵌合部に嵌着されて前記磁気検出素子が位
置決めされる事を特徴とするキャンドモータポンプ。1.
