力切換装置において、上記ローラ対の圧接部よりも記録
材搬送方向下流側で記録材の搬送経路を閉塞し、取り外
し自在に配設された閉塞部材を備え、該閉塞部材は、上
記レバーの可動範囲に対応する長さの切り欠き部を備
え、上記レバーが該切り欠き部から突出するように配設
され、該切り欠き部及びレバーの突出部は、レバーの第
一の位置では互いに干渉し、レバーの第二の位置におい
ては、干渉が解かれるように形成されていることを特徴
とする定着装置の加圧力切換装置。
