従来の技術 従来、この種の変成器は、第4図に示すような構造とな

してある端子ピン4に巻付け処理した後、そのコイルボ
ビン1に閉磁路を構成する磁性材5を組み込んだトラン
ス本体を絶縁ケース6に挿入し、そして底板7を絶縁ケ
ース6の開口面に組込み、この時コイルボビン1に設け
てある巻付け保護用凸部8の位置まで、底板7が達すれ
ば、底板7はそれ以上下がらないため巻付け部を保護で
きるような構造になっていた。コイルボビン1に設けて
ある巻付け保護用凸部8の形状は第5図のような円筒状
のものか、または第6図に示すような壁状のものが主流
である。
