Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve construction efficiency when a centrifugally molded tunnel liner is formed by providing a seal material integral with concrete on a surface in contact with an adjacent liner. CONSTITUTION:A string-like endless seal material 3 which is integral with concrete and protrude from the surface of concrete is embedded in a surface 2 of a tunnel liner 1 in contact with an adjacent liner. And a head 4 of the material 3 is projected from the surface 2 and a leg 5 thereof is embedded in the concrete. And when the liner 1 is coupled with an adjacent liner 1a, the seal materials 3, 3a are closely contacted with each other so that the gap therebetween is completely sealed. As a result, a watertight joint surface can be formed surely and easily and no adhesive is required when the tunnel liner is assembled, thereby eliminating the need for bonding of seal material.

2. Description of the Related Art A tunnel liner manufactured by centrifugal molding has excellent characteristics such as a dense concrete, high strength, high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, and rich watertightness. .. In order to further complete such characteristics, it is necessary to improve the watertightness of the contact surface where the tunnel liner contacts the adjacent liner.

Conventionally, a structure has been adopted in which a seal packing is sandwiched between the adjacent contact surfaces of such a tunnel liner and the seal packing is crimped. Such seal packing is often adhered to the concrete surface with an adhesive or the like, but the tunnel liner use site is often wet,
Adhesion becomes uncertain, and it takes a lot of time,
Reliable construction was not easy.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tunnel liner integrally formed with a sealing material. The sealing material of this tunnel liner is a continuous sealing material that seals the inner surface and the outer surface of the liner, and is continuously embedded by making one round around the contact surface with the adjacent liner around the liner, and is integrated with the concrete. It has become. That is, the present invention is a tunnel liner integrally formed with a sealing material, characterized in that a protruding sealing material integral with concrete is provided on a contact surface of the tunnel liner with an adjacent liner.

The tunnel liner integrally formed with the sealing material can be manufactured by the following method. First,
A string-shaped endless sealing material made of a flexible material and having a leg whose cross section is embedded in concrete and a head portion protruding from the concrete is manufactured in advance. The sealing material is fitted and fixed in a groove formed on the inner surface of the peripheral form of the centrifugally formed tunnel liner with the leg facing the casting concrete side. Concrete is poured into this form and the tunnel liner is centrifugally molded. At this time, the legs of the sealing material are integrally embedded and fixed in the concrete. If the tunnel liner is cured and then removed from the mold, the sealing material comes off the mold together with the concrete, and the tunnel liner of the present invention integrally molded can be manufactured.

Since this liner is centrifugally molded, air does not remain in the concrete, and the sealing material is fixed in complete contact with the concrete. As the sealing material, a gasket type material such as chloroprene or EPDM (ethylene propylene dienomethylene rubber) may be used. A water-expandable type sealing material is not preferable because it expands by the mixing water of concrete when pouring concrete. Since the gasket type seal material is a band type, it is easy to install and has excellent durability and economy.

At this time, there is no need to wind the sealing material around the periphery of the concrete or to adhere it to the concrete surface. Further, even under a moist environment, defective sealing due to defective adhesion does not occur. This sealing material can be accurately positioned by pressing the head 4 of the sealing material into the groove provided in the mold before placing the concrete on the liner 1, and when the mold is released from the concrete, Easily separated from the formwork as a unit.
