Description of the Related Art A screen printing original plate is used for printing and then washed with a solvent and water and stored, but an adhesive agent that fixes the screen to a printing frame is used for the above washing and the like. Since it is eroded, a tape is attached on the screen of the printing frame to protect it. This tape is
This is a film formed by laminating an aluminum vapor deposition film and an adhesive layer on one side of a plastic film, which is usually called a silver tape. Since this tape does not transmit light at all, the photosensitive material in the part covered with this tape is not exposed and is not cured even when irradiated with ultraviolet rays when forming the original plate. The uncured photosensitive material may ooze out to contaminate the printing original plate, and also in the case of the above cleaning, the photosensitive material may ooze out by the solvent and water, and also contaminate the printing original plate. It is often seen.

What you are trying to get is provided. However, in the case of forming the aluminum vapor deposition film, it is easy to make a non-translucent one, but it is not easy to obtain a desired light transmittance, and a large variation occurs in the product, The cost is also high and there are many problems.

The adhesive tape for fixing the printing frame is obtained. In addition, the surface of the plastic film opposite to the printed surface is matted so that the light transmittance is also controlled.

A polyester film is usually used for this plastic film, but a film having a light-transmitting property such as nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene or the like is appropriately used, and a thickness of about 20 μ is standard, and a film of about 10 to 60 μ is usually used. To be When printing on one side of a plastic film, it is printed in an appropriate color so as to reduce translucency,
Generally, it is easy to adjust the translucency by printing in gray or silver, and the appearance is often preferable, similar to the conventional silver tape.

Make the rate 4-90%. When printing in the gray color, it is common to mix ink pastes of 5 to 6 colors. The thickness of the printing is about 0.5 to 5 μ, and most of the thickness is about 1 to 2 μ. Printing on the plastic film may be gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing, flexo printing, etc., as long as uniform translucency can be obtained, depending on the type of film and printing ink. It can be performed by an appropriate printing method.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive is not only acrylic type but also silicone type, rubber type, etc. for cleaning. Appropriate ones having resistance to solvents and the like used at that time can be used. In addition, this adhesive is usually colorless and transparent, but even if it is colored, if its translucency is taken into consideration as described above,
You can use it freely. The thickness of this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is about 25 μm as a standard, and it is often good to set it to about 10 to 60 μm. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (3) is covered with a release paper (4), but it can be wound if it is provided with a release agent by applying a release agent to the surface of the plastic film (1).

The translucency can be controlled together with the printing. This mat processing is a coating mat processing for coating a mat agent, a kneading mat processing for kneading a mat agent into a film substrate, a blast mat processing for mechanically blast mat processing, and a frame having a mat processing surface. It may be carried out by a casting mat process or other processing method in which the solution is poured on the sheet. Further, matt processing may be performed on the printed surface side as well, whereby the translucency can be further controlled, and the bonding between the layers may be improved.
