Also, in FIG. 3, the upper link plate 23 has a fourth
As shown in the figure, a substantially semicircular hole 27 for lubricating oil is formed in the outer periphery of the bush 26, and the two oil holes 27 are both in the oil groove 27A. A tenter clip body 28 is fixed to the upper surface of the chain box 22 by a bolt (not shown), and a clip blade 31 rotatable about a pin 30 is attached by a lever 29, and a clip blade 31 is shown. The film (not shown) is clipped between itself and the clip main body 28 when it is in the position. The A-guide rail 36 fixed to the frame body 35 and the B-guide rail 37 fixed to the frame guide box 36 are attached to the chain box 22.
Guide rollers 39 to 41 rotatably supported above and below the roller pin 38 fixedly attached to the roller pin 38, and guide rollers 42 and 4 rotatably supported on the clip body 28.
The driving chain 21 is guided to travel by the contact of 3 with each other.

A mounting member 45 is fixed to the A guide rail 36, a nozzle 46 having an inner diameter of about 0.5 mm is mounted on the mounting member 45, and the driving chain 21 in which lubricating oil having pressure travels from the nozzle 46. Upper part (in Fig. 3)
4 is spouted like a thread onto the surface of the link plate 23 at the position shown as the shaded portion in FIG. At this time, since the lubricating oil is viscous, the lubricating oil does not scatter but rather adheres to the link plate 23 so as to be pulled. In this way, the lubricating oil adhered to the striations of the link plate 23 in the form of threads or strips receives centrifugal force when the drive chain 21 changes its direction by passing through a sprocket (not shown), so that the upper surface of the link plate 23 is By being transmitted and moving to the center, it reaches the connecting pin 25 and
And the bush 26 are lubricated. On the other hand, the lubricating oil that has flowed into the oil groove 27A also reaches the connecting pin 25 from the oil hole 27 through the oil hole of the bush 26.

[Prior Art] As described above, the connecting pin 25 is an important component for lubrication, but conventionally the surface is smooth and no measures have been taken as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 48 is a rotation stop pin (not shown) for fixing the connecting pin 25 to the chain box 22.

However, the tenter clip driving chain used in the transverse stretching machine or the like generates a chain tension of 500 to 1,000 kg, and the bush 26 and the connecting pin 25 forming the fitting portion.
Since a high surface pressure acts on the friction surface, the lubricating oil hardly penetrates the entire friction surface, and it is difficult to form an oil film. As a result, galling and red rust were generated on the friction surface, especially at high surface pressure.
It caused Freetting-Corrision to accelerate the wear of the connecting pin 25. If the penetration of the lubricating oil is poor, the exchangeability of the old and new oils will be poor, and carbonization will progress and the lubricating function will be lost while the old oil stays running under high temperature hot air.
In recent years, as the traveling speed has been increased to 250 m / min or more, the life of the connecting pin is significantly reduced due to wear of the connecting pin, and improvement thereof is desired.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made from such a viewpoint, and an object thereof is to improve the permeability of the lubricating oil in the fitting portion between the connecting pin and the bush so that the lubricating oil adheres to the entire friction surface. Another object of the present invention is to provide a connecting pin for a tenter clip, which has a long life by reducing the wear of the connecting pin.

[Points of the Invention] The tenter clip connecting pin of the present invention is formed by rolling or knurling a plurality of oil grooves or threads on the surface of the connecting pin that forms a fitting portion with the bush fixed to the link plate of the drive chain. It is characterized in that it is formed by a flexible deformation such as cracking and is subjected to a hardened surface treatment.

[Embodiment of the Invention] FIG. 1 showing one embodiment of the present invention will be described below. The connecting pin 51 is made of S45S and has an outer diameter of about 18 mm.
After rolling and knurling to form a plurality of oil grooves or threads 52 on the outer peripheral surface, and then subjecting the outer peripheral surface to surface hardening heat treatment by nitriding such as gas nitriding, salt bath nitriding or ion nitriding Grinding was performed. The depth of the oil groove 52 is about 0.15 mm, the pitch in the direction perpendicular to the groove is about 1.6 mm, and the inclination angle with respect to the axis is about 30 °.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the tenter clip connecting pin of the present invention has a plurality of oil grooves formed on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting pin and is subjected to hardening heat treatment. Gradually descend in the oil groove. As a result, the lubricating oil spreads over the entire fitting portion, premature wear of the connecting pin is eliminated, and the friction drive force is also reduced, so that the power consumption of the chain drive is greatly reduced. In addition, the exchange of old and new oil is improved, carbon sludge is not generated, and the surface of the groove is molded by elastic deformation, so a smooth surface is obtained when observed with a microscope,
The structure is also fine and advantageous for fatigue strength. The present invention has many advantages such as improvement in fatigue strength and wear resistance due to surface hardening treatment by nitriding when the diameter of the connecting pin is small.
