Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an electrically good joint at all times by fixing a threaded flange on the rubber spacer side surface of a wedge fastener and extending the flange to fill a space on the rubber spacer side thereby preventing the rubber spacer from shifting at the time of assembling a joint. CONSTITUTION:A wedge fastener 9, having an externally threaded part 9a to be screwed into a hole at the tip of an embedded conductor on the machine side and an internally threaded part 9b for movably fixing a stopper flange 3 having substantially same diameter as the outer diameter of a rubber spacer 4 to the rubber spacer 4 side, is fixed rotatably to the outer periphery of a wedge 2 having an internal hole for securing a cable conductor 1. The stopper flange 3 is extended to fill a space on the rubber spacer 4 side at the time of assembling a joint. This structure prevents the rubber spacer 4 from shifting when an insulation tube 7 is applied thus arranging the insulation tube 7 and the rubber spacer 4 at electrically good positions at all times.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional technique will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the winding prefabricated connection portion using the rubber spacer is inserted into the insulating cylinder. That is, a rubber spacer 4 is covered on the insulator of the power cable 6 that has been stripped off, a wedge 2 having a wedge fastening metal fitting 9 rotatably attached is attached to the tip of the cable conductor 1, and a hole at the tip of the left bushing conductor 10 is attached. The cable conductor is connected by screwing the screw 9a of the wedge tightening fitting 9 into the screw 10a of 11. Next, the insulating cylinder 7 previously inserted on the outer circumference of the power cable 6 is moved to the left side as shown by the arrow, and is covered over the bushing insulator 8 and the rubber spacer 4 as shown in FIG. At this time, when the wedge fastening metal fitting 9 is screwed in and tightened, a gap is created between the wedge fastening metal fitting 9 and the tip of the rubber spacer 4 due to the movement of the wedge fastening metal fitting 9. Especially cable conductor 1 and wedge 2
The larger the size of the large power cable, the larger the gap.

When the connecting portion is assembled in this manner, the rubber spacer 4 is moved to the left side so as to cover the insulating cylinder 7 as shown in FIG.
Also, the gap may move in the direction of the wedge tightening fitting 9. At this time, the tip of the stress cone 41 of the rubber spacer 4 may protrude from the outer semiconductive layer 71 of the insulating cylinder 7. In such a state, the electric field concentrates on the tip of the stress cone 41 of the rubber spacer 4, and this becomes an electrical weak point, and it becomes impossible to obtain good insulation performance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, there is provided on the outer periphery of a wedge having a hole for fixing a cable conductor therein, a screw portion which is screwed into a hole at the tip of an embedded conductor on a device side, and has a spacer on the rubber spacer side. A stopper flange having a flange of approximately the same diameter is movably attached. A wedge clamp having a screw part on the inner diameter side is rotatably attached, and when the connection part is assembled, the stopper flange fills the space on the rubber spacer side. It is a wedge-fastening metal fitting characterized in that the rubber spacer is prevented from moving by being stretched out. In addition, it is a prefabricated type connecting portion configured by using this wedge fastening metal fitting.

[Function] For example, a screw-type flange is attached to the surface of the wedge-tightening metal fitting on the side of the rubber spacer, and by extending this, the space created on the side of the rubber spacer is filled to prevent movement of the rubber spacer when covering the insulating cylinder. As a result, it is possible to always form an electrically favorable connecting portion.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of a connecting portion using the wedge-fastening metal fitting of the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the wedge-fastening metal fitting part showing a state in the middle of its assembly. That is, the cylindrical rubber spacer 4 is covered on the outer circumference of the insulator of the power cable 6 that has been stripped. Then, the wedge 2 is attached to the tip of the cable conductor 1 at the tip of the power cable 6. On the right side of the wedge 2, a wedge tightening fitting 9 having a screw portion 9a on the outer periphery is rotatably provided. Further, a screw 9b is formed on the right inner circumference of the wedge-fastening metal fitting 9, and the screw 3a of the stopper flange 3 having a flange having substantially the same diameter as the rubber spacer 4 engages with the wedge 9b to lock the stopper flange 3 in place. It is provided so that it can expand and contract.

The power cable thus formed is inserted into the hole 11 at the tip of the left bushing conductor 10, and the screw portion 10a provided in the inner diameter of the hole 11 is screwed into the screw 9a on the outer periphery of the wedge tightening fitting 9. It is screwed in, fixed, and connected. At this time, a gap is created between the wedge tightening fitting 9 and the tip of the rubber spacer 4 because the wedge tightening fitting 9 is screwed to the left and moved. Next, the stopper flange 3 that is screwed and attached to the wedge fastening fitting 9
The flange is rotated until it comes into contact with the tip of the rubber spacer 4 and then returned. As a result, when the insulating cylinder 7 previously inserted in the outer periphery of the insulator of the power cable 6 is moved to the left side and covered therewith, the rubber spacer 4 does not move with it, and the rubber spacer 4 is placed at a predetermined position. It is possible to assemble the connecting part as it is.

Therefore, since the stress cone 41 at the tip of the rubber spacer 4 and the insulating cylinder outer semiconductive layer 71 provided on the outer periphery of the insulating cylinder 7 are always assembled in contact with each other at a predetermined position, excellent insulation performance is obtained. It is possible to form a connection part having a different shape.

As described above, by using the wedge tightening metal fitting of the present invention, it is possible to adjust the diameter of the cable conductor when inserting the insulating cylinder when assembling the connecting portion, simply by adding a simple stopper flange. It is possible to assemble the connecting portion without depending on the rubber spacer in a predetermined position. Therefore, it becomes possible to form a connection portion having good electrical performance.
