(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, when using the rail bearing device described above,
Since it is not possible to stably support and fix the track o, it is very difficult to accurately perform the work of adjusting the height of the track and the cant, and the work efficiency of the work is poor and the track is directly connected to the concrete track. There was a problem of increasing the track construction cost and lengthening the construction period.

(A) It is difficult to manufacture the lower surface p of the rail bottom portion c so that the entire surface thereof is in the same plane from the manufacturing process of the rail, and the bearing surface portion d of the bearing plate is also
It is virtually impossible to finish it as a completely coplanar surface. Therefore, when the rail bottom c is supported on the bearing surface d, the bearing surface d and the lower surface p of the rail bottom c are in perfect surface contact. Not obtained, the following unstable contact state occurs. That is, the contact state between the bearing surface portion d and the lower surface p cannot be the contact state in a portion that is most suitable for completely fixing the rail, and the contact portion is affected by the pressing state by the press washer and external pressure. Is an unstable contact state in which the temperature fluctuates easily.

(B) Further, since the upper surface m of the rail bottom portion c is also in a finished state similar to the case of the rail bottom portion lower surface p described above,
When the presser washer j is pressed by tightening the presser nut i, the pressing portion k has a planar shape, a linear shape, or a dot shape depending on the tightened state of the presser nut i. Even in such a case, it is difficult to determine the pressed part. In particular, when the press washer has a thin wall, the press washer is likely to be deformed, so that an unstable point-like pressing state is likely to occur.

(C) In addition, since the support bolts h, h are screwed on both sides of the support plate e, the four support bolts h, h, h, h of the two rail support devices in the opposed state are It is virtually impossible to adjust the threaded state so that a uniform load is applied to all of them. Therefore, when looking at each rail bearing device, one of the bearing bolts (two bearing bolts in total) Was to be the main force to receive the track load.

Since the conventional rail bearing device includes the above destabilizing factors, the rail bottom portion c is placed on the bearing surface portion d of the bearing plate e, and the holding washer j is tightened by the holding nut i so that the rail supporting device is attached to the rail supporting device. When it is installed today, the rail bottom c is in a state of being supported on the bearing surface d, but this support point is
It is likely to fluctuate irregularly under the influence of the adjustment work of the adjacent bearing device and the influence of external pressure such as vibration during concrete placing. As a result, since the above-mentioned devices attached to the rail continue to be in an unstable state at all times, if they are left as they are, correct adjustment work such as height adjustment, cant, etc. will be performed correctly and the rail will be completely fixed at the specified position. It was impossible to do.

As described above, in the conventional method of fixing the track using a large number of auxiliary materials, there is a problem that it is difficult to lay a highly accurate track due to an increase in unstable elements. There is also a problem that it takes a lot of time and labor, which leads to a decrease in construction efficiency, a longer construction period, and an increase in construction cost.

Next, with the device 1 according to the present embodiment,
The procedure for adjusting the cant will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the parallel rails 2 and 2 are connected to each other by a connecting member 3 such as a sleeper to form a rail 44 in which the rails and the barbs of the rails are roughly adjusted in advance. After that, the bearing bolts 11 (standing on the concrete surface 45 of the roadbed) are screwed into the opposing portions of the parallel rails 2 and 2, and the two pressing members 25, 25 are removed. The rail bottom portion 5 is placed on the rail support plate 8 of
At that time, the outer portion of the rail bottom portion 5 is inserted into the gap G formed between the rail support plate 8 and the fixed pressing portion 10a. When the rail bottom portion 5 is placed in this manner, the top surface portions 13, 1 of the three fixed point support portions 7a, 7a, 7b are placed.
It is stably supported by a wide support portion (including the support portion 3 and 13) that is wide in the same plane (the support portion is inclined in conformity with the barb of the rail), and it is as if the lower surface 6 of the rail bottom portion 5 is the rail support plate. 8 is in close contact with the upper surface 12 of 8 and is in a state of being supported. After that, the pressing members 25, 25 are inserted into the elongated bolt holes 23 so that the lower end portions 21 of the tips thereof come into contact with the inner portion 9b of the upper surface 9 of the rail bottom portion 5, and the screw holes of the rail bearing plate 8 are inserted. 26
When the presser bolts 27, 27 that are screwed together are attached to both sides of the inner side portion of the rail support plate 8 and the presser bolts 27 are tightened as required, as described above, they are engaged with the arcuate base end portion 20 of the pressing member 25. Since the stop portion 22 is engaged with the stop portion 22 in a point-like contact state, the tip lower surface portion 21 of the pressing member 25 presses the upper surface inner portion 9b of the rail bottom portion 5 without difficulty in a point contact state. The fixed pressing portion 10
The lower surface portion 21 of a presses the outer portion 9a of the upper surface 9 in a point-like pressing state. As a result, the upper surface 9 of the rail bottom portion has three point-shaped pressing portions 10 so that the stable support state by the three point-shaped bearing portions 7a, 7a, 7b is maintained.
It is pressed by a, 10b and 10b. As a result, as described in the above-mentioned “action”, the three dot-shaped support portions 7
a, 7a, 7b fixed triangles formed in the same horizontal plane formed by the upper surface portions 13, 13, 13 and the upper surface portion 13 of the point-shaped support portion 7b and the point-shaped pressing portions 10b, 1
0b with the lower surface portion 21 or the point-like support portion 7a,
7a and the lower surface portion 2 of the point-shaped pressing portion 10a
The fixed triangles lying in the substantially vertical plane formed by 1 and 1 make the individual devices 1 and rails 2 completely fixed. Therefore, the devices 1 attached to the opposite rails stably support and fix the rail 44 in the aligned state by the cooperation thereof.
An accurate track is laid by placing the roadbed concrete 42. If necessary, the opposing device 1,
By arranging the gauge tie 30 by fitting the taper shaft portion 31 into the taper hole portion 32 and fixing it between the two, by engaging the handle bar 40 with the locking shaft 39 and rotating the handle bar. , The gauge tie 30 is appropriately expanded and contracted, and the gauge is fixed in a finely adjusted state until the roadbed concrete 42 is hardened.

After the roadbed concrete 42 hardens, the point-shaped pressing members 10b, 10b are removed and the bearing bolt 1
1 is rotated in the direction in which it rises, and is withdrawn (since the lower portion 18 of the bearing bolt 11 is formed into a tapered shaft shape, the withdrawal can be easily performed), and the rail bearing plate 8 is removed. Pull towards you and remove. When the gauge tie 30 is installed, the tapered shaft-shaped portion 31 is removed from the tapered hole portion 32 prior to the removal of the rail support plate 8.
