The calling terminal 1 transmits a calling signal to the calling station 2 using a subscriber line. Next, the calling station 2 requests the band required for the calling terminal 1 to the line control station 3 as a line allocation request signal 14. The line control station 3 sends a line allocation signal 15 to the calling station 2 and the called station 4,
The assigned line (time slot) is notified by 16. The calling station 2 and the called station 4 which have received this receive the response signal from the called station 4 and the calling signal from the calling station respectively via the information line, Connect each line to the assigned satellite line.
At this time, the receiving side of the originating station and the receiving station 4 uses the time slot as shown in (b) instead of the conventional method as shown in FIG. 19-2
The specific codes 22, 23, 24, etc. added to 1) are collated with the specific codes assigned in advance for each satellite line, and if they match, the received signal is transmitted to the source terminal 1 and the destination terminal 5, respectively. .

As described above, in the line setting method according to the present invention, it is possible to omit the assigned line continuity test by the calling signal from the calling terminal and the response signal from the called terminal while keeping the reliability of the line setting high. There is an advantage that the line setup time can be shortened.

1. A control signal line in a line setting method, wherein terminals are respectively connected to a source station and a destination station, and a satellite channel is set between the source station and the destination station by a call or command input from the terminal on the source side. The satellite line should be set up by sending and receiving signals between the originating station and the destination station via the, and by transmitting and receiving the signal, information should be transmitted to the originating station to identify the set line at the originating station and the destination station. A code corresponding to the information for specifying the set line is added to the information signal and transmitted to the set line, and the code is sent from the station at the destination and the signal is transmitted and received. And a line characterized by connecting the satellite line and the terminal connected to the destination when the corresponding satellite lines match with the information specifying the set line at the destination.
