【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 加熱室の開口部に設けた矩形状をなす扉
の周辺に沿ってチョーク溝を備え、前記扉の各辺と対応
するチョーク溝夫々に、長手方向に対して断面コ字形を
なすコ字形金属部とスリット部とを交互に形成した周期
構造体を、そのコ字形金属部における断面コ字形の開口
側を扉の中央部側に向けて固定し、また前記チョーク溝
の開口部にこれを塞ぐ態様で誘電体部材を固定した高周
波加熱装置において、 前記誘電体部材は前記チョーク溝の開口部を覆う本体部
分にチョーク溝を構成する内側壁に沿ってチョーク溝の
溝底に接する高さの支持片を扉の周辺部の全周にわたっ
て連続的に設けたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
1.
