2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, many refrigerators use a quartz glass tube radiant heater to forcibly remove the frost that has adhered to the evaporator of the refrigerator and its surroundings, but in the defrosting system that uses this radiant heat, In order to effectively utilize the radiant heat, the aluminum foil molded product 3 is attached to the upper surface of the water receiver 2 located below the evaporator 1 shown in FIG. 3 to reflect the radiant heat of the quartz glass tube heater 4. While defrosting the evaporator 1, the visible light generated at the same time should not be visible in the freezer inlet 5.
There was a hanging inlet grid 5a.

The problem to be solved by the invention, however, is that the inlet grating for preventing visible light leakage at the inlet of the freezer reflects on the aluminum foil molded product 3 attached on the water receiver, and the water receiver inner member and other surfaces. Diffuse reflection with the aluminum foil of
When radiant heat and visible light reach the back of the inlet grille, the rear surface of the resin-molded inlet grille is heated and a light transmission phenomenon occurs, and the deformation and visible light are visible to the user from the inside of the freezer compartment. There were times when I felt anxious.

Effect The present invention absorbs unnecessary visible light and reflects heat rays from the heater by the above-mentioned means, thereby eliminating the anxiety of the user by the shape deformation of the resin-made suction part and the visible light transmitting function. Thus, unnecessary hot air does not leak into the freezing chamber, the rise in food temperature during defrosting can be suppressed, and the improvement of the fresh-keeping performance can reduce the power consumption.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of an essential part of the refrigerator of the present invention, wherein 6 is an outer box, 7 is an inner box, and 8 is a heat insulating material injected and foamed between the outer box 6 and the inner box 7. Reference numeral 2 denotes a water receiver for receiving defrosting water, which is made by injection molding of plastic and drains the defrosting water through the water distribution pipe 9. The upper surface of the water receiver 2 is formed into a quadric or cubic curved surface, and an aluminum foil molded product 3 having a high gloss is attached to the evaporator 1 to remove the heat rays from the quartz glass radiant heater 4 by reflecting it. Enhances the frost effect.

The infrared rays reflected by the aluminum foil molded product 3 formed into the quadratic or cubic curved surface act as heat rays, and at the same time visible light rays are also internally reflected and reach the freezer compartment inlet 10 and the shielding portion 10a. However, since the heat ray reflection member 10b is formed on the back surface of the shielding portion 10a by being formed of a glossy aluminum foil, the heat ray reflection member 10b is reflected and acts as a defrosting action for the evaporator or the like.

On the other hand, visible light in the return air suction passages 14a and 14b above and below the partition 13 of the freezing compartment 11 and the refrigerating compartment 12 is invisible to the user from the inside of the refrigerating compartment return air passage 14b, but the freezing compartment return air. The inside of the passage 14a may be seen from the inside of the freezer compartment 11, but it is absorbed by the visible light absorbing member 15 and cannot be seen. As described above, the infrared rays (heat rays) and visible rays emitted from the quartz glass tube radiant heater 4 reaching the inside of the freezing chamber suction passage 14a are heat ray reflecting members 10b (glossy aluminum foil) on the back surface of the shielding portion 10a. Since the light is absorbed and reflected by the visible light absorbing member 15, leakage of light and outflow of hot air can be eliminated at the suction port 10.

Effect of the Invention The present invention has a structure in which the suction port portion in the freezing chamber has a closed structure for the suction passage, a suction port structure provided around the side surface thereof, and a reflecting member having a metallic glossy surface on the back surface thereof, and a passage. By treating the radiant heat rays from the quartz glass tube radiant heater and visible light rays with the visible light absorbing member placed inside, hot air flows back into the freezing chamber during defrosting, and operation due to rise in food temperature and heat load inflow The inconvenience that the user feels uneasy due to the increase in power consumption due to the increase in the rate and the transmission of visible light is eliminated.
