Abstract

PURPOSE:To prepare a panel material for a honeycomb sandwich structure inexpensively and without peeling-off of the surface material. CONSTITUTION:A honeycomb core 2 is hanged in advance in a parison 6 of a blow molding machine. Then, molds 7 are closed to fuse the parison 6 on the whole surface of the honeycomb core 2. At the same time, needle-like pins 9 for blowing are inserted into cells of the honeycomb core 2. Then, the parison is air-blown to be brought into tight contact with the molds 7. Therefore, as the surface material is fused on the whole face of the honeycomb core 2, there exists no possibility of peeling-off after blow molding and it is inexpensively prepd. as the blow molding machine is used.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a sandwich structure plate having a honeycomb core or a foamed plastic as a core material is used as a structural material such as a building material which bears a relatively small load. Such a honeycomb sandwich structure plate is generally manufactured by adhering a surface material and a core material with an adhesive (for example, JP-A-3-297632, JP-A-3-61529, and JP-A-3-61529). 2-171

However, a general sandwich structure plate in which a core material made of a honeycomb core and a surface material are bonded with an adhesive has a high cost as pointed out in the above-mentioned publication, and the core material and the surface material are There is a problem that the adhesive application area cannot be taken large and adhesion failure is likely to occur.
Perimeter 4 of a general sandwich structure plate, called the cut surface
There is a problem that the surface material is not adhered to the surface, and the surface material is adhered by another manual work, and furthermore, a boundary line of the surface material is generated at the corner portion of the panel material.

First, the panel material 1 of the honeycomb sandwich structure of the present invention will be described. This panel material 1 is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, a plate-shaped honeycomb core 2 made of plastic, paper, resin-impregnated paper or the like is used as a core material in advance, and the wide upper and lower surfaces 3a, 3a of the panel material 1 are Of course, the surface material 3 is also bent and adhered to the peripheral four surfaces 3b, 3b, which are called cut surfaces, and the surface material 3 is blown.
The surface is smooth because it is formed in close contact with the mold by air. Therefore, the panel material 1 is lightweight and has high rigidity, and since the four peripheral surfaces are also wrapped with the series of surface materials 3, it can be used as it is as a panel material, and the surface is beautiful. Therefore, it can be used as a suitable one for a large-scale panel such as a structural panel for simple construction or a form for concrete.

Next, a suspension mechanism for the honeycomb core 2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, the parison molding die 5 is used.
Two sheet unwinding shafts 12 are arranged in parallel with each other in the mold core 10 incorporated into the mold core 10 via a heat insulating member 11. However, one sheet winding shaft 12 may be used. The sheet unwinding shaft 12 is wound with a sheet of perforated sheet 13 that is made of the same material as the parison 6 or made of a heat-fusible material and has a stack of two holes.
This two-sheet perforated sheet 13 is a fusion-bonded portion 13 having an interval slightly longer than the vertical length of the honeycomb core 2 of the plate body.
It is fused at a. A breaker (not shown) is attached to the sheet unwinding shaft 12 so that the sheet 1 has a hole.
I'm trying not to pull out 3. Immediately below these perforated sheets 13, a clamp device 14 for fixing the perforated sheets 13 is provided in the molding machine frame 15.
The perforated sheet 13 may be composed of a ribbon or a net, and the clamp device 14 may be composed of a clip device. Further, the sheet unwinding shaft 12 is attached to the molding machine frame.
The clamp device 14 may be provided on the mold core 10 and the mold core 10.

Next, the operation of the apparatus of this embodiment will be described. The lower end of the perforated sheet 13 is fixed by a clamping device 14 so that the perforated sheet 13 is pulled out and the lower fused portion 13a is at the lower end of the position where the honeycomb core 2 should be inserted.
Next, the honeycomb core 2 is sandwiched between these two sheets. Then, the parison 6 is extruded and the blow molding dies 7 and 7 are clamped.
The tongue 13 is fused with the parison 6 and integrally molded with the honeycomb core 2. At this time, the parison 6 and the perforated sheet 13 are cut off by the food cutting blade of the blow molding die 7 and fused at the fusion-bonded portion 13a of the parting line, and the parison 6 and the perforated sheet 13 are perforated. The sheet 13 is embedded and fused to the outer end of the cell of the honeycomb core 2 to be integrated. At the same time, a large number of needle pins 9 are inserted into the cells of the honeycomb core 2. Then, when blow air is introduced into the air jacket 8, the parison 6 is brought into close contact with the engraved portion 7a of the mold 7 by the blow pressure of each needle pin 9 for blow, so that the surface material 3 is formed smoothly.
