【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】食品原料を加熱しながら攪拌混練して、餡
やのり佃煮や練りジャムやカスタードクリームなどペー
スト状の加工食品を製造するための煮炊攪拌装置であっ
て食品原料を投入すべき煮炊容器1内に指向せしめて所
定マイクロ波長の電磁波を照射するためマイクロ波発振
器4に接続された所定の導波管2を設けるとともに、食
品原料を攪拌混練するための攪拌羽根3を煮炊容器1内
に位置するごとく配設し、煮炊容器1内の食品原料に所
定のマイクロ波を照射しながら攪拌羽根を回転駆動する
ようにしたことを特徴とする煮炊攪拌装置。
1.
