2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a pet such as a dog or a cat has gone missing due to the owner's hand, the pet has been searched for by itself, or the pet has been placed on a noticeable place such as a bulletin board, a telephone pole, or a fence. There was no other way but to post a photo, a poster with a request for a search, etc., and wait for a call from a collaborator. However, it is rare for people who see posters about lost pets to remember the appearance and characteristics of the pet for a long period of time, and after a long wandering, the pet often becomes dirty and changes its appearance. Therefore, it is difficult for a collaborator other than the owner to see whether the pet is the pet described on the poster, and the effect of the poster for requesting the search cooperation was not sufficient. It is also possible to display the contact information on the collar, bills, etc. so that the person who catches the lost pet can contact the owner, but for people other than the owner, dogs, cats, etc. in front of you can be searched for pets. It is difficult to know whether or not there is a pet, and the wandering pet is in a timid mental state, so it is often difficult to catch it, or there is a risk of being bitten when trying to catch it. And, the longer the detection and protection are delayed, the higher the possibility of encountering a traffic accident or wandering far away, and the search becomes more difficult.

The receiver R with the selective calling function shown in FIG.
Is composed of a receiving unit 20 and a selective calling unit 21. As a receiving device constituting the receiving unit 20, a superheterodyne receiving device including a conventionally known receiving high frequency circuit, frequency conversion circuit, intermediate frequency amplifier circuit, demodulation circuit, or the like, or a radio wave frequency received by a recently developed method is used. A direct detection type receiving device or the like that mixes the same local frequency and directly obtains the baseband signal data without converting it to an intermediate frequency signal is used. The selective calling unit 21 compares the signal demodulated by the receiving unit 20 with the selective calling code of its own station stored in the storage unit, and when both match, the called detection signal (a).
Is generated and supplied to the voice generation unit 22 (S).

The voice generating section 22 has a configuration including, for example, a voice synthesizing circuit, and the memory in the circuit stores a digitized voice signal.
Based on the above, the speaker 2 outputs a voice message. For example, "This dog (cat) is lost now and the owner is searching for it. If you see this dog, please protect it with the telephone number written on the collar" Please contact me. "Or" This dog (cat) is lost now and the owner is searching. When a pet with such a collar goes missing, the number assigned to the search subunit 1 is called by the telephone 4 as in the case of calling a normal pager, as shown in FIG. When the search station 1 is called by the transmitting station 7, the message as described above is output as voice from the search station 1 mounted on the collar, so that the person who is near the lost pet is the dog or cat by the owner. You can know that the pet is being sought, protect it, and contact the telephone number on the collar or the telephone number mentioned in the message to inform the owner of the pet's whereabouts. can do.

Usually, I saw dogs and cats wandering around.
It is difficult for a person to distinguish whether the animal is a stray dog, a stray cat, or a stray pet, and a person who sees a poster or the like regarding a lost pet can remember the appearance and characteristics of the pet for a long time. Since there is no need to keep it, it is often the case that the pet in question cannot be recognized as the pet seen in the poster even if the pet in question is seen in front. On the other hand, according to the present embodiment, a message indicating that the pet is a lost pet and that he / she is to contact a predetermined telephone number after being protected is transmitted as a voice to the ears of people around the pet. , It is more likely that a collaborator will come out to protect the pet and then contact the owner, increasing the chance of getting the lost pet back.

Even if it is impossible to catch and protect the pet, the cooperator remembers the telephone number written on the collar or the telephone number stated in the message. As a result, the pet's whereabouts can be notified to the owner, and valuable information for searching is brought to the owner. Depending on the size and type of the pet, only a small collar can be worn, or the hair is so long that the collar is buried in the hair and the telephone number etc. may not be visible. In order to eliminate such a defect, it is effective to include the telephone number in the message.

In addition, when it is desired to avoid the use of relatively redundant and memorable numbers such as telephone numbers or the use of messages, a lost child pet registration center is established to memorize each pet (or owner). It is also possible to register a short ID number of a few digits that is easy to use, and write the ID number on the collar or include it in the message. When such a system is constructed, even if the lost pet cannot be caught, the search collaborator stores the description of the collar or the short ID number included in the message. By contacting the lost child center with the number, the lost child center can take necessary measures such as contacting the owner.

Various modes can be considered as the number of times the voice message is transmitted and the transmission pattern. That is, for example, when a call signal is received, a message may be continuously output as long as the battery capacity is continuous, but there is a chance of message generation under the condition that a third party is near the lost pet. In order to increase the number of calls, the number of times of repetition may be several to several tens of times in one call, and the program may be programmed to shift to the call waiting state by being automatically reset. Further, if the owner repeats the calling operation every few hours or every few days, it is possible to search for a long period of time without draining the battery in a short period of time.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, various modifications can be made in the implementation. In other words, if the stray pet search system becomes widely known by publicity, for example, by publicity, the cooperation of cooperators will be swift and accurate, and the search effect can be improved.
It is also possible to achieve the purpose of notifying that the pet is a lost pet by emitting a simple musical melody instead of a voice message. That is, by generalizing the recognition that a certain melody is used in a lost pet search system, it is possible for a third party to confirm that the animal with the collar that emits the melody is the pet being searched. It is also possible to notify.

Further, it is possible to program the melody and message generation to be automatically repeated at a fixed time interval after receiving the calling signal. It is also effective to achieve the search purpose to make the search child machine a waterproof structure to protect the search child machine from rainwater etc. and to make it a shock resistant structure to protect the search child machine from impact. In the above embodiments, pets such as dogs and cats have been mainly described, but the present invention may be applied to humans such as children and elderly people with dementia who are easily lost. When the person to be searched is a human, it is preferable to attach a small receiver such as a pager to a belt, clothes or the like by a method that does not drop as much as possible.

As described above, according to the present invention, instead of the conventional method for searching for a lost pet, such as displaying a poster, which has little effect, it is a third feature that the animal in the immediate vicinity is a lost pet.
By effectively informing the person and requesting cooperation for the search, it has become possible to efficiently search for the pet.
