発明によれば、先行する枚葉紙の後端部を後続する枚葉
紙の前端部の上部に所定量重畳させて連続給紙すると共
に前記枚葉紙に帯状フィルムをラミネートするラミネー
ト加工部を設け、この加工部より送出されるラミネート
枚葉紙を移送する移送部を設け、この移送部にラミネー
ト枚葉紙の帯状フィルムのみを重畳端部に沿って切裂く
切断部を設け、この切断部の前記ラミネート枚葉紙走行
方向手前でこの枚葉紙の重畳端部を検出しこれを所定距
離移動させてこれを切断位置に位置決め停止する検出部
を設け、前記ラミネート加工部と前記移送部との間にあ
ってラミネート枚葉紙の張力を一定に制御する張力制御
装置を設けてなり、前記切断部は、切断位置に位置決め
停止したラミネート枚葉紙の重畳部の側縁より走行方向
に向けて下向き傾斜の尖端を有する略三角形の薄板状カ
ッターを挿入して帯状フィルム側縁に係止し、これを前
記枚葉紙走行方向と直交する方向に移動させて帯状フィ
ルムのみをラミネート枚葉紙重畳端部にそって切裂くよ
う構成することにより、ラミネート枚葉紙を簡単な構成
でしかも確実に切断することが可能となり、製造原価を
低減することができるなどの優れた効果を有する。以
上、本発明の好適な実施例について説明したが、本発明
は前記実施例に限定されることなく、本発明の精神を逸
脱しない範囲内において種々の設計変更をなし得ること
は勿論である。

Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】連続給紙される枚葉紙にラミネートした帯
状フィルムのみを断裁するラミネート枚葉紙のカッター
構造において、 先行する枚葉紙の後端部を後続する枚葉紙の前端部の上
部に所定量重畳させて連続給紙すると共に前記枚葉紙に
帯状フィルムをラミネートするラミネート加工部を設
け、この加工部より送出されるラミネート枚葉紙を移送
する移送部を設け、この移送部にラミネート枚葉紙の帯
状フィルムのみを重畳端部に沿って切裂く切断部を設
け、この切断部の前記ラミネート枚葉紙走行方向手前で
この枚葉紙の重畳端部を検出しこれを所定距離移動させ
てこれを切断位置に位置決め停止する検出部を設け、前
記ラミネート加工部と前記移送部との間にあってラミネ
ート枚葉紙の張力を一定に制御する張力制御装置を設け
てなり、前記切断部は、切断位置に位置決め停止したラ
ミネート枚葉紙の重畳部の側縁より走行方向に向けて下
向き傾斜の尖端を有する略三角形の薄板状カッターを挿
入して帯状フィルム側縁に係止し、これを前記枚葉紙走
行方向と直交する方向に移動させて帯状フィルムのみを
ラミネート枚葉紙重畳端部にそって切裂くよう構成する
ことを特徴とするラミネート枚葉紙のカッター構造。
1. 【請求項2】前記切断部は、ラミネート枚葉紙の走行方
向と直交する方向に移動する駆動源と、この駆動源によ
り往復移動可能に設けられ金属板により略三角形に形成
された薄板状の尖端を水平面に対し前記ラミネート枚葉
紙の走行方向に向けて若干下向き傾斜に設定したカッタ
ーと、ラミネート枚葉紙を案内支持するテーブル上面の
枚葉紙走行端部近傍に形成され少なくとも枚葉紙の幅と
同等以上の長さを有し前記カッターの尖端が挿通可能な
細長開口部と、この開口部の前記ラミネート枚葉紙の反
走行方向一側縁に前記カッターを近接配置しこのカッタ
ーにより重畳する枚葉紙の下側端部側縁を押し下げ開放
し、前記駆動源によるカッターの移動により帯状フィル
ムのみをラミネート枚葉紙重畳端部にそって切裂くよう
構成してなる請求項1記載のラミネート枚葉紙のカッタ
ー構造。
