Abstract

PURPOSE:To purge air and gas automatically and in simple structure by installing a valve plate on a shaft bar, one end side of which is connected to a plunger of a solenoid, and by opening and closing an air passage port by this valve plate. CONSTITUTION:On a central part of a bottom plate 3 of a valve body 2, an air passage port 4 of required diamter is drilled. Subsequently, by connecting its one end side to a plunger 8 of a solenoid 7 through a pin 11 and providing a shaft bar 9 the other end side of which is inserted into the air passage port 4, a valve plate 10 is provided on the other end side of the shaft bar 9. The valve plate 10 is energized to constantly close by a coil spring 12 as an O ring 11 is installed on a surface making contact with the bottom plate 3. Consequently, when the solenoid 7 is electrified, the shaft bar 9 moves as the plunger 8 advances and retreats, and the valve plate 10 provided on the one end side of the shaft bar 9 opens and closes the air passage port 4.
