【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 筒状をなすマフラボディの周壁部を気密
状態で貫通し、内端部がマフラボディの内周に固定さ
れ、外端部がエンジン排気系の排気口端部にフランジを
介して接続されるインレットパイプを備えたインレット
パイプ付マフラにおいて、上記インレットパイプは、外
端部に排気流入孔が穿孔され、内端部に排気流出孔が穿
孔されたフランジ兼用平板部材と、このフランジ兼用平
板部材に周縁部が気密に溶接接合されてフランジ兼用平
板部材との間に上記排気流入孔から排気流出孔に至る排
気通路を形成する樋状プレス成形部材とで構成し、上記
フランジ兼用平板部材の内端部にはマフラボディの周壁
部に溶接固定するブラケット部を突設したことを特徴と
するインレットパイプ付マフラ。
