耐食性非磁性材料からなるシール縁部材と該シール縁部
材の内周形状に略同じ外周形状の耐食性軟磁性材料から
なるシール板の2種の部品から構成されており、ケース
およびシールプレートの突合わせ部がシーム溶接されて
いることを特徴とするものである。さらに、本発明にお
