縦姿勢にして補助竿体3を下方に引出した場合に、この
補助竿体3が自由落下する状態を言う。 (ト) 前記確認手段Cを、元竿2に対して補助竿体3
が保持される位置に達すると、この状態を電気的に検出
して音声、発光体の発光等電気的な動作によって認識さ
せるよう構成する、あるいは、視認容易なインジケータ
等を形成して補助竿体3が操作端部に達したことを視覚
的に認識させるよう構成する。 (チ) 保持機構Aを、出退操作の一方の端部において
のみ摩擦保持を行うよう構成し、他方の端部では嵌合等
の構造を設けることにより摩擦保持を行わないよう構成
