Also, due to the fiber reinforcing material mixed in the plate body, the plate body is tough against bending stress, compressive stress, etc., thus forming a strong support,
Further, since a plate-shaped heater is provided in a U-shaped frame body having an opening at the front and a belt-shaped plate fixed to the upper surface, the heat generation surface of the plate-shaped heater is inclined upward, so that the heat from the heater is generated by the frame Of the person who mainly faces the front opening and the strip, and thus the upper half of the body of a person sitting in a seat where heat is difficult to reach in a sauna bath has a higher temperature than the upper half of the body, and thus promotes general sweating.

b), glass fiber (3c) as a fiber reinforcement and water are mixed to form a flat plate, and the cement (3a), shirasu (3b), glass fiber (3c) and water have a mixing ratio of 1 : 1.5: 0.06: 0.3 is preferable. Since the shirasu (3b) mixed in the plate body (3) is a small-diameter granular body having a hollow portion containing air, the air in the hollow portion has a heat retaining effect, and the amount of the cement (3a). Since the shirasu (3b) is mixed in a larger amount, the plate body (3) can be made lightweight. Furthermore, since the glass fiber (3c) is appropriately mixed in the plate body (3), compression,
Bending and other strengths can be increased, insulation is good, and cracks do not occur during use.

The room temperature is 80 ° C., and the temperature distribution inside the home sauna (8) is 80 ° C. at the front part A of the sauna bath seat, 70 ° C. at the upper part B of the sauna bath seat, and 65 ° C. at the ceiling C part. You can enjoy a comfortable sauna bath.

As a result, the shirasu has a heat-retaining effect to provide an energy-saving type sauna bath seat, is lightweight, has mechanical strength due to the fiber reinforced material, and the front side with a belt-shaped plate fixed on the top is open. Since the plate-shaped heater is provided in the U-shaped frame with the heating surface inclined obliquely upward, the heat from the heater is mainly directed to the front opening of the frame and the strip plate. Thus, generally, in a sauna bath, the lower half of the body of a person who sits in a seat where heat is difficult to reach becomes hotter than the upper half of the body, and therefore, it has the effect of promoting general sweating and enjoying a comfortable sauna bath.
