2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a tag or a label is manufactured by laminating a continuous roll of a tag processing material or a label processing material on a continuous roll of a release sheet processing material using a temporary adhesive. Temporary adhesive is applied to the tag material, combined with a release sheet, dried with a normal drying device, wound and delivered to a processor for printing, cutting, perforating, slitting, sheeting, padding. , Rewinding and so on. The end user or the customer prints the price information on the tag material with, for example, an impact or non-impact printing machine in the form of a bar code. After that, the tag is peeled from the release sheet, and a plastic strip or string is inserted into the tag for retail goods such as clothing, and the tags are connected by a clasp. After that, the product is delivered in a cardboard box, a plastic bottle, or a wooden frame. At the same time, a label produced in the same manner and printed with information about the contents is adhered to the object to be delivered by the adhesive attached to the label. Or, it can be adhered to an adhesive coated sheet of tag material,
Thereafter, the polyurethane paint is applied to the carrier sheet. The polyurethane coating has a relatively good affinity for the adhesive and prevents the adhesive from sticking when peeled from the carrier. It is manufactured by a method such as.

In the present invention, at least two substantially parallel lines are defined by the score lines provided on the label material sheet, each of which includes at least two labels, and at least by the score lines provided on the tag material sheet. Two substantially parallel rows of tags may be defined, each containing at least two tags. The cut lines provided on the label material sheet and the tag material sheet are provided so as not to coincide with each other, and all the tags are located within the margin area of the tag material sheet. There is complete flexibility in the size and shape of the label and tag can be designed independently of each other within the entire area of the respective sheet. Further, the score line is connected to a label adjacent in the longitudinal direction along the score line by forming a paper binder similar to that shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-148792 of the present applicant. It is possible to prevent delamination when the label edges are exposed to heat, for example heat during laser printing.

The present invention simplifies conventional processes by combining shipping and / or pole box labels with tag products. A roll of label material coated with a re-adhesive adhesive that does not use a self-rolling release sheet is unwound, and a continuous non-adhesive tag material is adhered to the adhesive side of the label material. Subsequently, the adhesive sheet is subjected to a multi-step pressing process to form a non-adhesive tag / label product without using a release sheet in the form of a sheet or a continuous web. Of course, if the temporary adhesive is not applied, the tag material can be printed on both sides, and the label material can also be printed on the non-adhesive surface. Both the non-adhesive tag material sheet and the adhesive label material sheet (individual or continuous web format) can be cut off and the final combined sheet can be cut or fan-folded. The product can be printed by the end customer on an impact or non-impact printing machine and then peeled off and attached to clothing or other items with a plastic strip or string. On the other hand, the adhesive label portion can be adhered to a cardboard box, a shipping crate or the like. In this way
The product not having the release paper of the present invention generates less waste, can be easily manufactured, can be printed on both sides of the non-adhesive tag, and can also be printed on the side of the adhesive label, and The manufacturing cost is low. Note that the order of the manufacturing steps can be changed as appropriate.

Example 1 The joining sheet 10 of the present invention is formed as follows. That is, 12 is a label material sheet, and a paper material normally used as a label is used.
Reference numeral 16 is an adhesive layer, which is formed by applying it to one surface 14 of the label material sheet 12 using a re-adhesive adhesive. Reference numeral 18 denotes a cut line, which is provided substantially parallel to the middle of both side edges 36, 38 of the label material sheet 12 and in the longitudinal direction in FIG. Reference numerals 20 and 22 denote cut lines, which are provided in parallel with each other in the width direction at positions separated from each other in the longitudinal direction and extend between both side edges 36 and 38. This causes the label blank sheet 12 to define two parallel rows of labels 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34. Then, the score lines 20 and 22 are similar to those shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 4-148792 of the present applicant, which is a paper splicing 2
