Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an air-conditioner, which hardly leaves a gap between an indoor unit and a setting plate by providing holes through which pipes are penetrated, in the setting plate and also providing flanges, which are connected to the indoor unit, at both side parts of and at a lower part of the setting plate. CONSTITUTION:A setting plate 2 is first mounted on an indoor wall 30, and a hole 15 through which pipes 25, 26 from an outdoor unit pass and a hole 35 through which a drain hose passes are formed in the indoor wall 30. The pipes 25, 26 and the hose are allowed to pass through these holes, and the pipes 25, 26 are fixed to the setting plate 2 with fixing tools 24. Then, the outdoor unit 1 is hooked to the setting plate 2. After completion of piping work is checked, a cover is mounted on a lower portion of a frame. The cover is screwed on the frame and on flanges 2C, 2D of the setting plate 2. バー8Aが板状でなく、コ字状であるため、カバー8A
の強度も大きくなっている。また、カバー8Aが大きく
形成されているため、配管が多く、大きな孔35 を設
けるようなこの室内ユニット1でも、その孔を隠すこと
ができ、美観を損なうことは防止されている。

ていから、美観を損なうことも防止される。
