【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 キャビティプレート、ストリッパープレ
ート、コアプレートが順次隣接して配置された射出成形
用金型において、前記ストリッパープレートにコアギア
が回転可能に装着され、このコアギアに形成されためね
じとねじ嵌合したおねじを有し、該コアギアの回転によ
って軸方向に移動可能なねじコアを具え、このねじコア
は前記おねじを有する中空ねじ筒と、該中空ねじ筒に後
端部をコアプレートに嵌合して嵌挿されたコア本体と、
該コア本体の先端部にコア本体の後端部との間で中空ね
じ筒の抜け出しを阻止して着脱可能に取付けられた先端
部材とから構成されており、この先端部材の先端は外周
面に前記めねじ及びおねじと同一ピッチの成形めねじが
形成されてキャビティプレートのキャビティに嵌入され
ていることを特徴とする射出成形用金型。
