In a blister packaging machine, when continuously forming a film of a shape suitable for packaging of articles from a roll film,
After heating this film to a temperature suitable for molding in the previous step, it is transferred between the molds that face each other vertically, and after being pressed into a desired shape by pressure and vacuum between the molds, the spring is pressed into the lower mold. When the upper and lower molds are separated by the push-out action of the push bar provided in, the molding film is automatically lifted from the lower mold and the molded film is removed from the lower mold.

When the upper and lower molds are separated by the push bar housed under the spring pressure in the lower mold, when the outer part of the molded film is pushed up by the action of the spring, the molded film still has a temperature suitable for molding or a temperature close to it. Since it is kept, the thin push bar makes it easy to cause depressions and other scratches in the molded film by pressing, which reduces the value of the product. If the heating temperature of the formed film is higher than the setting, a part of the film will melt in the mold, or if the temperature of the upper mold is high and the shrinkage of the film is incomplete, the upper mold will be lowered. Even if the molded film is separated from the mold, the formed film is often not separated by the push bar.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks by peeling the formed film by air pressure instead of the peeling method from the mold by pushing up the push bar.

The present invention was made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object. A plurality of concave grooves are formed so as to face the upper and lower molds, respectively, and the respective concave grooves are electrically connected to the air passages. A two-forked pipe is connected to the end of the common air passage, one side of the two-forked pipe is connected to a compressed air source, and the other is connected to a vacuum source or atmosphere, and a valve is arranged on the two-forked pipe. Select the two-forked pipe valves for the lower mold to communicate with the atmosphere and to communicate with the compressed air source when the molded film is taken out to supply compressed air into the groove in relation to film forming and taking out. The main idea is to open and close.

When the film inserted between the upper and lower molds is formed, the concave groove of the lower mold communicates with the outside air and the film is compressed by the pressure air supplied into the concave groove of the upper mold. Is molded along. Then, when taking out the film,
By supplying pressurized air into the concave groove of the lower mold, the film slightly floats, so that the film can be taken out easily and surely from the mold. Further, since the molded film is separated from the lower mold by air pressure, the film is not damaged and can be easily taken out.

A film F heated to a temperature suitable for molding in the previous step in a state where the upper mold 2 is lifted above the lower mold 1 and the molds 1 and 2 are separated so as to have a predetermined gap. Then, the molds 1 and 2 are closed. That is, the upper and lower molds are brought into close contact with each other, and then the pressure molding pipe line 2 for the upper mold is used.
When the valve 31 of 3 is opened (the valve 21 is closed in the case of a two-forked pipe),
A pressure is applied to each concave groove 2a from a common air passage 21 from 23. At this time, the common air passage 11 of the lower mold 1 and the valve 20 of the two-forked pipe 12 are opened so that the air in the groove 1a escapes to the atmosphere. When pressure is applied to the groove 2a facing vertically, the groove 2a side has a high pressure and the groove 1a side has a low pressure. Due to this pressure difference, the heated film between the groove 1a and the groove 2a has an inner peripheral surface of the groove 1a. Is molded along the line.

Next, the upper mold is opened, the lower mold valve 20 is closed, and the valve 3
When 0 is opened and the inside of each concave groove 1a is pressurized through the common air passage 11, the molding film that was in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the concave groove 1a is separated from the inner peripheral surface of the concave groove by this air pressure, and goes upward. Surface. When the valve 30 of the lower mold is opened, the valve 31 of the upper mold is closed.

According to the present invention, when the molded film formed along the concave groove of the lower mold is taken out, pressurized air is introduced into the concave groove of the lower mold to separate and float the film by the air pressure. Since it is done like this, it is possible to reliably perform the mold release, and since the conventional pressing members such as push bars are not used, the film is not damaged,
It has the advantages of increasing product value and improving productivity.
