[Operation] In the above configuration, the support portion is locked to a predetermined portion of the vehicle body,
When the resin component is placed on the receiving portion, the resin component on the receiving portion is supported by the vehicle body via the arm portion, and as the carrier vehicle moves, the plurality of coating steps are performed integrally with the vehicle body on the carrier vehicle. And move the baking process. Therefore, it is possible to transfer the resin component to the coating process and the baking / drying process and apply the coating by using only the vehicle carrier for the vehicle body without using a separate carrier vehicle dedicated for the resin component.

In addition, generally, in an automated coating line, since control is performed for each transport carriage and coating is performed while moving multiple processes, resin parts are transported together with the vehicle body on the same transport carriage, and It is possible to paint with the car body at the same time. In this simultaneous coating, in the final coating process, which is the final coating process, for resin parts,
The same color as the car body is manually applied so that the end of the car body is sufficiently painted, and then the car body is automatically air spray painted. At this time, paint particles that are not atomized form dust and fall into the space around the vehicle body. However, since the receiving portion that supports the resin component is provided at the other end of the arm that is separated from the vehicle body and is located in the surrounding space in a plan view of the vehicle body, the dust is generated between the vehicle body and the resin component. It will not fall on the resin parts and will not adhere to the resin parts.

(A) Step of setting on vehicle body As shown in FIG. 3, the coating jig 10 in which the resin component 20 is set in the receiving portion 11 in advance on the vehicle body 30 placed on the transportation dolly 40 as a transportation vehicle. The support portion 13 is locked. This locking merely hooks the support portion 13 in the rear combination lamp mounting hole. As a result, the resin component 20 is set substantially horizontally with respect to the vehicle body 30 with a predetermined gap b.

(1) Action in baking / drying process The resin component 20 and the coating jig 10 are exposed to an atmospheric temperature of 170 ° C. in the baking / drying furnace for 20 minutes. However, the receiving portion 21 on the lower surface of the resin component 20 is placed in conformity with the receiving portion 11 of the coating jig 10 and is shielded from the high temperature atmosphere by the receiving portion 11 of the coating jig 10. However, the temperature rise is prevented because the entire resin component is not exposed. Moreover, since the thermal conductivity of the FRP material of the receiving portion 11 is smaller than that of the steel material, the temperature rise of the resin component 20 is prevented more than in the case of the jig in which the receiving portion 11 is formed of steel material.
Incidentally, the measured temperatures of the resin parts with and without the coating jig 10 are 160 ° C. and 168 ° C., respectively. Also,
The resin part 20 is made of a steel body 30 by the arm portion 12.
Since it is arranged apart from the above, the influence of radiant heat from the vehicle body 30 is small, and this also prevents the temperature rise of the resin component 20. Therefore, thermal deformation of the resin component 20 is prevented.

Further, since the resin component 20 is set in a substantially horizontal state by the jig 10, the receiving portion 11 is kept in a matched state under high temperature conditions, and thermal deformation due to tilting is prevented.

(2) Operation in the overcoating process As described above, the resin component 20 is manually operated to be painted in the same color as the vehicle body 30 so that the end portion of the resin component 20 is sufficiently coated, and then the vehicle body 30 is automatically coated. Air spray painted. At this time, the paint particles that are poorly atomized form dust and fall into the space around the vehicle body 30. However, since the resin component 20 is separated from the vehicle body 30 by the length b and is located in the surrounding space of the vehicle body 30 in a plan view, the dust falls into the interval of the length b and reaches the resin component 20. It is possible to avoid the adhesion of dust and improve the coating quality.

[Effect of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, the resin component on the receiving portion can be supported at a predetermined portion of the vehicle body that is placed on the carrier and moves through a plurality of coating processes and baking and drying processes. The resin parts can be moved to the painting process and the baking / drying process without preparing a carrier for the resin parts separately from the car carrier for the vehicle body, which can reduce the facility cost. .

In addition, generally, in an automated coating line, control is performed for each carrier truck and coating is performed while moving a plurality of processes. In such an automated line, the resin parts supported by the vehicle body on the carrier truck and the resin parts concerned. Since it is possible to paint on the vehicle body to which is mounted at the same time, it is possible to accurately match the coating colors of both.

Further, since the resin part is supported in the surrounding space in a plan view of the vehicle body, the resin part is sufficiently coated on the end portion in a specific painting process (top coating process) of the plurality of painting processes. After applying the same color as the car body by manual operation, the dust that has fallen does not adhere to the resin parts when the car body is automatically air spray painted. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the deterioration of the coating quality of the resin component while accurately matching the coating colors of the vehicle body and the resin component by simultaneous coating.
