The damper thermostat 6 and the duct 10 are housed and insulated by the heat insulating materials 11a and 11b which are divided into front and rear so as to cover the periphery of the duct 10 and serve as an air passage for discharging cool air to the refrigerating chamber 3.

In this structure, the cool air generated by the heat exchange of the cooler 4 is distributed to the freezing compartment 2 and the refrigerating compartment 3 by a cool air circulation fan (not shown). The cool air sent to the refrigerating compartment 3 is sent from the discharge duct 9 in the heat insulating material 8 to the duct 10 in the temperature control device 7, and is sequentially discharged to the refrigerating compartment 3 through the opening 10a and the heat insulating member recess 11c. Performs cooling action.
At this time, the damper thermostat 6 senses the temperature inside the refrigerating chamber 3 by the heat sensitive cylinder 6b, and rotates the baffle 6a according to the setting of the damper thermodial 6c to open / close the opening 10a of the duct 10 and inflow cold air. Are in control.

However, in the above-mentioned configuration, the refrigerator 3 continues to discharge cold air with the baffle 6a open until the baffle 6a is cooled to a predetermined temperature. 6a is closed, cold air is shut off, and stays inside the duct 10. On the other hand, the air in the heat insulating member concave portion 11c is replaced by the air having a relatively high temperature in the refrigerating chamber 3 by natural convection. Therefore, there is a considerable temperature difference between the cool air in the duct 10 and the air in the heat insulating member concave portion 11c, and the wall surface of the duct 10 and the baffle 6a.
Moisture contained in the air having a relatively high temperature in the refrigerating compartment 3 is attached to the surface of the in the form of frost. This tendency becomes remarkable when the temperature inside the refrigerator is high and the humidity is high, and there is a quality problem that the baffle 6a does not rotate due to frosting and malfunctions, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. To solve this,
Although a method of opening a small hole 10d in the duct 10 and causing a small amount of convection of cool air has been adopted, there is also a problem that the small hole 10d is closed by a water drop or the like.

In view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional example, the present invention provides a refrigerator that always exhibits an appropriate cooling state by preventing abnormal frost from adhering to the damper thermostat and its surroundings and allowing it to function smoothly. is there.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a duct and a damper thermostat by constructing an auxiliary cold air passage at the joint between the duct and the heat insulating member above the baffle of the damper thermostat. The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration to prevent the auxiliary cold air passage from closing and to discharge a part of the cool air in the duct to the space around the baffle when the baffle is closed, thereby defrosting the ambient air, and It sublimes the frost that adheres.

Reference numeral 1 is a refrigerator main body, 2 is a freezing room, and 3 is a refrigerating room. Reference numeral 4 is a cooler, and a cool air circulation fan (not shown)
The circulating cold air exchanges heat with the cooler 4, becomes cold air, passes through the discharge duct 12, and flows into the refrigerating compartment 3 from behind the heat insulating material 8 for partitioning the freezing compartment 2 and the refrigerating compartment 3. Three
A temperature control device 13 is installed at the inflow part. The temperature adjusting device 13 accommodates a damper thermostat 16, a cold air introducing heat insulating member 14c, a heat insulating member concave portion 14a,
The duct heat insulating member 14b covers the front, rear, left, right, and upper and lower surfaces. The cold air introducing heat insulating member 14c, the heat insulating member concave portion 14a, and the duct heat insulating member 14b constitute a heat insulating material. Further, between the heat insulating member 14a and the cool air introduction opening 15b of the duct 15, an auxiliary cool air passage 12a for guiding cool air to the baffle 16a is formed. The cool air is discharged from the discharge duct 12, the cool air introducing heat insulating member 14c, the cool air introducing opening 15b of the duct 15, the end opening 15a of the duct 15, the baffle 16a of the damper thermostat 16, and the like.

In the above configuration, the baffle 16a detects that the temperature inside the refrigerator has dropped to a predetermined temperature and closes (shown by a chain double-dashed line).
In this case, a small amount of cold air is supplied from the auxiliary cold air passage 12a to the duct joint portion of the heat insulating member concave portion 14a.
By the air containing moisture, which has flowed out to the wall surface of the baffle 16a and the surface of the baffle 16a and has flowed backward from the inside of the refrigerating chamber 3,
Frost that adheres to the baffle 16a and the wall surface of the duct can be dehumidified, and a small amount of convection can be generated in the refrigerating chamber 3 to prevent frost formation. Therefore, unlike the conventional example, it is not necessary to provide a small hole in the duct, and the same effect can be achieved by forming a minute void in a part of the heat insulating member.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the discharge duct for guiding the cool air to the refrigerating chamber, the duct having the opening connected to the discharge duct and opened / closed by the baffle of the damper thermostat, and the front, rear, left and right sides of the duct. A heat insulating material for covering, and an auxiliary cold air passage communicating with the discharge duct and guiding cool air to the baffle side between the inlet of the duct and the heat insulating material, and an auxiliary cold air passage when the heat insulating material and the duct are assembled. Therefore, it is not necessary to form a cold air passage having a special shape when forming a duct or a heat insulating material. Further, since the auxiliary cold air passage does not cause abnormal frosting on the surfaces of the baffle portion and the concave portion of the heat insulating member, a stable internal temperature can be maintained.
