ば検出ミスの問題となって生産性を阻害させると言う問

口工程で袋を開口する吸盤の真空吸着作用の変化,即ち
真空ポンプの配管経路に生ずる負圧の有無を利用して袋
の開口状態の検知を行い,負圧を検知した場合は充填物
を投入し,口封シールをして袋を次工程に排出するが,
負圧を検知しなかった場合は当該袋に対し充填物の投入
及び口封シールを行わず,且つ当該袋の排出を行わない
でテーブルのクランプ手段にクランプされたままで再度
開口工程に導かれ,循環を繰返すようになさしめること

【発明の効果】本発明は以上の如く実施するものであっ
て,従来装置の一部を改良する簡便なもので良く,極め
て経済的である。とりわけ,本発明に於ける検出用真空
圧力スイッチは,その取付位置の制約がないことから装
置全体をコンパクト化できる。又,その負圧検出は袋の
形状や大きさ,材質などの変化に関係なく数値的に行わ
れることから,検出ミスがなくて効率の極めて良いもの

に,一枚ずつ袋を供給し把持状態で開口を行い,充填物
を投入し口封シールをして袋を排出する工程を備えたロ
ータリ型袋詰包装機に於て,その開口工程で袋を開口す
る吸盤の真空吸着作用の変化,即ち真空ポンプの配管経
路に生ずる負圧の有無を利用して袋の開口状態の検知を
行い,負圧を検知した場合は充填物を投入し,口封シー
ルをして袋を次工程に排出するが,負圧を検知しなかつ
た場合は当該袋に対し充填物の投入及び口封シールを行
わず,且つ当該袋の排出を行わないでテーブルのクラン
プ手段にクランプされたままで再度開口工程に導かれ,
循環を繰返すようになすことを特徴とする袋詰包装機の
運転方法。1.
