Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a filing box which is assembled to a casing by making right and left side walls rise up in a state that a bottom wall member and an upper wall member, which are supported on front and rear frame members opposed to each other, are opposed to each other in a horizontal state, and enable the filing box to be stored space-savingly in a folded state when documents are not housed therein. CONSTITUTION:When a filing box in a folded state is assembled, front and rear frame members 1, 9 are separated from each other. In this case, the other end of an upper wall member 11 whose one end is supported on an upper portion of the front frame member 1 is guided to and slid along vertical grooves 2A of the rear frame member 9, while the other end of a bottom wall member 13 whose one end is supported on a lower portion of the rear frame member 9 is guided to and slid along vertical grooves 2 of the front frame member 1, respectively. Thus, each member 1, 9 is mutually turned at 90 degrees in a horizontal direction, using the one end thereof as a starting point. In this state, left and right side walls 15, 16 whose one end is supported on each of both the ends of the upper wall member 11 are then turned from their folded state, and these side walls 15, 16 are made to act as stoppers for the wall members 1, 9 to assemble the casing. Thereafter, a lock piece 26 is manipulated to open a front wall 21, and documents are housed in the filing box.

By the way, when the number of documents to be saved increases year by year, the above-mentioned organizing method is not easy to organize documents, and a desired document cannot be easily selected.
Further, there is a problem that a desired document cannot be easily moved to a desired place when the document is desired to be moved. In particular, if you visit a document organizer such as a country, a prefecture, a local government, or a data institution, the documents of each department are confused and the organizing conditions are not always good, so document organizing is difficult.
