As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 66037, a V-shaped groove for bending is formed on a strip plate-shaped headstock main body formed in advance in an approximately L-shaped cross section.
It is also known that one or more scribed lines, or convex or concave ribs are provided so as to be compatible with walls or panels of any thickness.

(Problems to be solved by the device) However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the entire Kasaki A is previously cross-sectioned. If the plate thickness of the siding 13 changes variously, or if the fitting angle of the upper edge 14 of the siding 13 inserted into the recess 12 changes depending on construction conditions, wall surface shape, etc. Usually cannot reliably clamp the upper edge portion 14 of the siding 13, so that the cross section is usually The recess 12 of the body 11 is formed to have a large width, and is attached via intervening materials such as a batten 18 and a flat seal band 19 having a required thickness depending on the thickness of the siding 13. Therefore, in the above case, not only extra material such as a batten 18 and a flat seal band 19 is required, but also a large space remains between the inner surface of the main body of the Kasagi and the siding 13, so that rainwater can invade by this space. There was a risk that the heat insulation effect would be hindered, and there was a problem that the construction would be troublesome.

In addition, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-19718 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61
In all of those disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 166037, since the V-shaped groove and the marking line for bending are formed on the bent inner surface side of the plate, the plate can be bent uniformly and easily. No
Further, in the case of the convex and concave ribs, there is a problem that the plate body itself is deformed by molding or the portion is reinforced, so that bending is troublesome.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and does not require an interposition such as a hitting tree and a flat seal band, and always creates a large space between the upper edge of the siding and the inner surface of the main body according to the thickness of the siding. It is an object of the present invention to provide an easy-to-install building head tree that can be firmly attached without causing deformation, has no molding deformation, and can be evenly bent easily and has rainwater intrusion prevention and heat insulation effects and is easy to construct. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a vertical plate-shaped portion of a strip plate-shaped headstock main body formed in a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section as a wall base mounting plate portion and a horizontal plate. The siding surface pressing plate is a siding surface pressing plate, and the siding surface pressing plate has a V-shaped cross-section with the depth of cut reaching substantially the middle part of the plate thickness with a small fixed interval on the surface side of the siding surface pressing plate. It is characterized in that a large number of partial bending grooves are provided over the entire surface.

(Operation) When the siding 3 is attached, as shown in the second illustration, the eaves girder of the building 5 and other furrows, the middle part, etc. of the wall base 6 are required to the required places such as the main body 1 vertical plate-shaped wall base mounting plate 1a with nails or the like. In this state, the back surface of the upper edge portion 14 of the siding 3 is brought into contact with the surface portion of the wall base mounting plate portion 1a, and thereafter the horizontal plate-shaped siding surface pressing plate portion 1b of the headstock body 1 is attached. Is bent toward the surface side of the siding 3 from the siding surface pressing plate groove 2 for bending the siding surface at a required position, and the surface of the siding is pressed without forming a space between the siding 3 and the inner surface of the main body 1. It can be installed firmly.

Further, even if the mounting angle of the siding 3 changes as shown in FIG. 3, the siding surface pressing plate portion 1b can be appropriately bent from the required bending groove 2 in accordance with the change and can be firmly attached. is there. The advance bent beforehand horizontal plate siding surface pressing plate portion 1b of the coping body 1 from the siding surface pressing plate portion bent ridge grooves 2 of predetermined position depending on the thickness of the siding 3, whereafter coping body 1 It is also possible to attach the upper edge portion 4 of the siding 3 to the wall base 6 and then attach it.

(Embodiment) FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a main body, and a strip of synthetic resin, metal or the like having a required width and a required length is formed into a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section. The vertical plate portion is formed on the wall base mounting plate portion 1a, and the horizontal plate portion is formed on the siding surface pressing plate portion 1b. Reference numeral 2 denotes a siding surface having a substantially V-shaped cross section, which is formed on the surface side of the siding surface pressing plate portion 1b with a large number of small constant intervals over the entire surface so that the cutting depth reaches a substantially middle portion of the plate thickness. It is a groove for bending the holding plate. 3 is siding, 4 is its upper edge, 5 is a building, and 6 is a wall foundation.

(Effect) As described above, according to the present invention, the vertical plate-shaped portion of the strip plate-shaped headstock main body formed in a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section serves as the wall base mounting plate portion and the horizontal plate-shaped portion is pressed against the siding surface. A siding surface pressing plate portion bending section having a V-shaped cross section, which is a plate portion and has a notch depth on the front surface side of the siding surface pressing plate portion at a constant interval of a small width and reaches a substantially middle portion of the plate thickness. Since many grooves are provided over the entire surface, at the time of construction, the siding thickness or construction conditions,
Extra siding, flat seal band, etc. are required by bending the siding surface pressing plate part of the main body according to the wall shape etc. from the siding surface pressing plate bending groove at the required location. Without this, the upper edge of the siding can be easily and surely attached to the wall foundation and the construction can be performed quickly. Particularly, in the present invention, the siding surface pressing plate portion bending groove is Since it is formed on the front surface side of the part and over the entire surface at a large number of small intervals, it is possible to easily select the bending points by visual observation and perform the bending work uniformly accurately and quickly. In addition, since the bending can be performed at small intervals and over the entire surface, a large space is not created between the inner surface of the main body of the Kasaki and the upper edge of the siding, and rainwater can be invaded from the area. The heat insulation effect can be prevented from being hindered.Because there is no rib for bending on the main body, there is no molding deformation of the plate itself, and the molding can be easily performed and the main body can be siding. By changing the color as appropriate, the appearance of the outer wall of the building can be changed in various ways,
There is an effect that the design effect can be enhanced.
